All-in-One Laser Marking Machine
Source, controller and display in one compact body for fast deployment on a bench or trolley.
View modelBring the laser to the workpiece. At 8.25 kg with a 1.25 kg marking gun, an on-board touchscreen and an optional battery that runs a full shift, this machine marks parts that will never fit on a bench — beams, installed pipework, machine frames and finished assemblies.
Most "I need a bigger machine" problems are really handling problems. Rigging, re-clamping and re-datuming a large component can take longer than the mark itself — and on installed equipment it is sometimes impossible.
Four figures that decide whether this machine fits your job.
Fine enough for 0.15 mm characters, deep enough for permanent codes that survive processing.
Runs from a standard single-phase socket, or entirely off-grid on the lithium pack.
Parts and labour covered, free replacement components and lifetime technical support.

Focal lens, rotary axis, battery pack and custom fixtures are specified per order. Voltage, cable length and interface language are confirmed before production. Ask us for a datasheet matched to your material.
The 1064 nm source covers far more than steel. Here is what changes when you switch substrate.
Stainless, carbon steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Dark, high-contrast marks through surface oxidation; 20W for codes, 50W for speed and depth.
ABS, PC, PA and PVC mark by controlled foaming or carbonisation. Contrast is tuned per grade and colour, then repeated across the batch.
Anodized aluminium turns deep black; painted and powder-coated metal is ablated to expose the substrate beneath — no stencil or masking.
Frosted marks on glass, engraved marks on wood and leather. Non-contact, so finished and fragile surfaces are never scratched.
Every case below has one thing in common: the part is large, installed, or simply not worth rigging.

Heat numbers, grade marks and traceability on beams, frames and weldments that never leave the fixture.
Grade, supplier and date codes on rings, housings and machined hardware in mixed batches.
Pipework, machinery frames and site-fabricated assemblies marked without dismantling or downtime.
The machine arrives assembled and tested. Most teams mark production parts the same day it is unpacked.
Enter power, frequency and marking area on the touchscreen, then focus with the built-in red pointer.
Rest the gun on flat work; hold it against a guide or edge for repeat marks on fixed parts.
Trigger from the screen or a foot switch. Non-contact marking leaves thin and polished surfaces intact.
Compare contrast and depth with the approved sample, then clean the protective window.
“We mark structural steel that never leaves the welding bay. The handheld gun does in seconds what used to require moving a 1.8 tonne beam and re-clamping it twice. With the battery pack we do not even run a lead across the shop floor.”
Terms are agreed before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Air express by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, plus air and sea freight for larger quantities. Trackable from the factory door.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Terms and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Double-layer packing: a thick outer carton plus foam cushions that stop movement and abrasion in transit.
Every portable laser marker uses a double-layer packing system. The outer layer is a thick carton that absorbs impact, while inner foam padding stops the machine moving or rubbing during transit. We plan for the handling the parcel will actually meet on the way to you.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Once ready, we ship by air express such as FedEx or TNT, with an expected delivery window of roughly 4 to 6 working days. The shipment is trackable end to end and we send the tracking number as soon as it leaves the factory.
Our engineers assemble and test every machine before dispatch, so on arrival you only need to fit small parts such as the handle or gun holder. A detailed training video and an English user manual cover operation, parameter setup and routine care, which keeps commissioning quick and simple.
We provide full English online support through Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat and email. For software issues we can connect remotely with TeamViewer. For hardware issues we help you identify the failed part and ship a replacement; our engineers stay available for the life of the machine.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts and labour. If any component fails within that period we supply the replacement part free of charge, and our team will guide you through the repair if you prefer to fit it yourself.
Yes. Metal, plastic, glass and wood are all supported. Each material may need its own parameter set for the best contrast and depth, and the user manual includes a material guide. Send us a sample and we will return tested parameters with the marking result.
Yes, we offer quantity discounts, with the rate depending on the order volume. Contact our sales team with your target quantity and destination port and we will prepare a quotation.
Unused machines returned in their original packaging are accepted within 30 days. If a machine has already been used or installed, the return may be subject to a restocking fee. Full details are set out in our returns policy.
The machine runs on a standard 110V or 220V single-phase supply depending on your region, drawing 460W at 20W output and up to 550W at 50W. Fitted with the lithium pack it can also run completely off-grid for a full shift. A specification sheet ships with every order.
The system works with widely used design and engraving software including CorelDRAW, AutoCAD and LightBurn. Our user guide explains how to set up each package and transfer files to the machine so integration is seamless.
If the handheld format is not the right fit, compare these builds from the same platform.
