Fiber Laser Equipment
Laser marking machines from 20W to 100W, sheet and tube cutting platforms, handheld and air-cooled welding systems, and pulsed laser cleaning units from 100W to 6000W. Forty-two models across four lines.
SP device is not a trading layer between you and a factory. We own the assembly lines, the optical alignment benches and the application laboratory, and the machines in our fibre laser, food packaging and CNC ranges leave our floor with a measured test report attached to the serial number. That is what makes a promised tolerance a verifiable one.
Our history is a list of machines still running. Spare parts, parameter files and application notes for every model we have shipped are still supported from the same building.
Each division has its own design office, application laboratory and service engineers. They share the same metrology standards, the same documentation discipline and the same after-sales process.

Filling lines for liquid, powder and paste products, continuous and induction sealing machines, automatic vacuum packing lines and fruit and vegetable washing systems. Forty-two models across four lines.
Gantry routers and stone engraving machines, vertical machining centres and gantry mills, flat-bed and slant-bed lathes, and plasma, flame and bevel plate cutting platforms. Twenty-one models across four lines.
A machine is not declared finished when it runs. It is finished when it has been measured, aged, validated on customer material and inspected against the safety file.
Laser sources, galvanometer heads, servo drives, guideways and castings are inspected against the incoming specification before they enter the assembly area, and each item is recorded against the machine serial number.
Rigidity, squareness and axis alignment are checked at each assembly stage rather than at the end, so a geometry problem is corrected before the machine is closed up and panelled.
Beam path, focus position and field flatness are verified on the optical bench and recorded. The alignment file travels with the machine so a future service engineer starts from known values.
Every machine runs a loaded aging cycle before packing. Thermal behaviour, driver stability, cooling performance and marking or cutting consistency are observed over a continuous run, not a two-minute demo.
Where customer samples are available, the machine is run on the actual material and the result is photographed and measured. The parameter set used is saved and shipped with the machine.
Interlocks, emergency stops, guarding, laser classification labelling, fume handling and electrical safety are inspected against the CE file before the machine is crated with moisture barrier and shock indicators.
Most specification mistakes come from choosing a machine before testing the process. Our laboratory exists to prevent that. Send the part, the material specification and the tolerance you need to hold, and we run the process on the closest machine in the range.
We ship directly to end users and we build machines under other people's brands. Both routes get the same engineering support.
Direct purchase with application support, installation guidance, operator training and lifetime remote technical help. You talk to the engineers who built the machine, not a reseller.
Territory agreements, technical training, marketing assets, demonstration support and a stocked spare parts programme with dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation.
Customised housing and branding, private-label documentation and manuals, modified travel, power and control configurations, and production runs built to your signed drawing and build sheet.
We are a manufacturer. We own the assembly lines, the optical alignment benches and the application laboratory, and we ship directly to end users, distributors and OEM partners without an intermediary layer.
Yes. We welcome factory visits and machine demonstrations. Our team will arrange a schedule covering the assembly line, the application lab and live testing on your own samples. We can also run a live video tour if travelling is not practical.
Yes. We work with distributors, dealers and OEM partners in many markets, providing customized housing and branding, private-label documentation, technical training, marketing assets and stocked spare parts programs.
Each machine passes incoming material inspection, in-process assembly checks, optical alignment verification, a 48-hour aging test under load, application validation on the customer material and a final safety inspection before it is packed.
