Single-Table Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
One fixed table for mixed, change-over-heavy work. The smallest footprint in the range and the simplest to run for job shops starting with sheet.
View detailsOne platform cannot serve every cutting job. A job shop wants one table and quick changeovers; a panel producer wants an exchange bed; a furniture maker wants tube and sheet on the same footprint; a fabricator wants 80 mm plate. This range covers all of them, from 1000W to 40000W, so you can match the machine to the material actually on your floor rather than over-sizing one unit for everything.
Every machine in this range shares the same foundation: a welded, stress-relieved tube frame bed, a lightweight aluminium gantry beam and a zone-specific exhaust system that activates extraction only where the head is cutting.
Start at the format that matches your material and workflow, then step up in power within that platform.

Flat sheet and round or square tube on one platform, with a rotary chuck and the FSCUT control system for small and mid-size workshops.

Chuck-fed tube and profile cutting up to Ø630 mm and 6.1 m, with bevel and hole work on round, square and shaped sections.

A dual-bed exchange platform from 3000W to 8000W. The pallets swap while the laser keeps cutting, so the machine rarely idles.

Built for thick plate. From 6000W to 30000W, with 2.0G acceleration and clean cutting of sections up to 80 mm.

Tables up to 14000 × 3200 mm with separated load and cut zones, so long plate and oversized panels cut in one pass.

Maximum thickness is stated at the top of each platform's power band and assumes correct assist gas and nozzle selection. Where a platform does not process tube or a handled Z axis, the cell is marked —. Confirm your material and thickness with a cutting test before ordering.
The same platforms appear in very different factories. What changes is format and power, not the cutting process.
Electrical cabinets, control panels and machine guards nested from flat sheet, with repeatability that keeps bend-line clearances consistent.
Tube frames, shelving, brackets and decorative panels. The tube and combined platforms cut both flat and tubular parts in one workshop.
Facade profiles, stair stringers, railings and structural connection plates cut from long stock on the large-format and pipe platforms.
Brackets, reinforcements, door panels and lift car components, where thick sections and tight tolerances arrive on the same drawing.
Deck plate, stiffeners and machinery frames where high-power cutting replaces flame and plasma on long, thick sections.
Cooker hoods, sinks, tableware and lighting housings cut from stainless and aluminium with a clean, low-dross edge.
A single-table machine has one fixed cutting table, so loading and unloading pause the cutting cycle. An exchange-bed machine carries two pallets that swap automatically, letting the operator load the next sheet while the laser keeps cutting. Single-table suits mixed, low-volume work; exchange-bed suits continuous sheet production.
Thick carbon steel, stainless and aluminium are cut on the high-power platform, which runs 6000W to 30000W and handles sections from 30 mm to 80 mm. For very long or oversized plate, the large-format platform offers 12000W to 40000W and table sizes up to 14000 x 3200 mm.
Yes. The tube-and-sheet platform integrates a flat cutting table with a rotary chuck, so flat sheet and round or square tube are processed on one machine. This saves floor space and one operator can move between jobs without a second system.
The range cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. Maximum thickness depends on laser power and platform: carbon steel from 25 mm up to 110 mm, stainless steel from 20 mm up to 110 mm, aluminium from 20 mm up to 70 mm, and brass from 12 mm up to 25 mm.
All six platforms are specified at a positioning accuracy of plus or minus 0.3 mm per metre and a mechanical repeatability of plus or minus 0.02 mm per metre, so nested parts and repeat batches stay within the same tolerance window.
Machines are assembled and tested before dispatch, then shipped by sea or air freight depending on size and destination. We supply installation drawings, an English operation manual and remote guidance; on-site commissioning can be arranged for larger platforms.
Every fiber laser cutting machine carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour, with lifetime engineering support by email, WhatsApp and remote desktop. Volume terms are agreed per order.
