Handheld Laser Marking Machine
An 8.25 kg portable fiber marker with a 1.25 kg gun, integrated touchscreen and an optional battery that runs a full shift.
View detailsTwenty-one marking machines in one place — fiber, CO2, MOPA and UV sources, from 20W to 100W, in handheld, all-in-one, split, foldable, desktop, flying and large-format formats. Every unit is built to order, tested on your material and shipped with tested parameters.
The most expensive mistake when buying a laser marking machine is choosing on headline cost before choosing by format. A handheld unit that spends its life on a bench, or a desktop enclosure that has to mark a two-metre steel beam, will cost more in lost time than the difference in purchase cost.
Start with how the part reaches the laser: does it arrive on a conveyor, sit in a fixture, or never move at all? That answer points to a flying, split, desktop or handheld machine. Then match the laser source to the material, and finally size the power to the cycle time you need.
If you are unsure, send us the part and the marking requirement. We will test it and come back with a specific model recommendation rather than a catalogue.
When the part cannot come to a bench, take the laser to the part.

Match the source to the material. Fiber (1064 nm) is the default for metals and many engineering plastics. CO2 (10.6 µm) suits organic and non-metal materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, glass and coated board. MOPA adds adjustable pulse width for colour marking on stainless steel and deep black on anodized aluminium. UV (355 nm) is a cold process for heat-sensitive plastics, glass and thin films where a heat-affected zone is unacceptable.
All-in-one machines integrate source, controller and screen in one compact body for the smallest footprint and fastest deployment. Split-type machines separate the marking head from the cabinet so it can be fitted to a gantry, robot arm or conveyor with a longer fiber cable. Desktop machines are enclosed cabinets with a motorised Z column for batch marking of small parts under Class 1 protection.
20W handles fine marking, jewellery and small hardware. 30W is the most popular general-purpose choice for metal parts. 50W speeds up deep engraving and high-volume output. 100W is specified for deep engraving, thick metal and large-format marking. Tell us your material and target cycle time and we will confirm the right level rather than over- or under-specifying.
Yes. Standard 2D heads handle flat surfaces and shallow curvature. For conical, stepped and strongly curved parts choose a 3D dynamic-focus head, such as the mini 3D or large-format 3D models, which keeps the spot sharp across the whole surface without repositioning the part.
Yes, and we recommend it before you commit. Send your parts or a sample coupon and we will test them in our application lab, then return the marking result, depth measurements and the parameter set we used so you can validate the process on your own material.
