Large Format 3D CO2 Laser Marking Machine
Adds a 30-point dynamic focus head for curved and uneven surfaces up to 1200 x 1200 mm.
View modelA 30W, 40W or 60W CO2 galvanometer marker with dynamic focus that holds accuracy when surface height changes. The wide working area lets a full panel, a signage sheet or a batch of small parts run in a single pass, so parts spend less time being repositioned.
The frame is common across the range, so the choice comes down to how much power your material needs.
The focused spot stays under 0.01 mm and the minimum line width is 0.012 mm, which keeps fine text and logos legible.
High scan speed keeps large panels moving, which matters when a single sheet carries a full layout of marks.
The air-cooled design removes the water circuit entirely, so there are no consumables and only routine cleaning to plan for.
The bed and field lens are selected at order stage. Use the matrix below to match the marking area to the parts you actually run.
| Working Area | Fits Best | Typical Sheet Load |
|---|---|---|
| 400 × 400 mm | Badges, plates and multiple small parts | Batch layout in one pass |
| 600 × 600 mm | Large single panels and signage sheets | One large part or a full layout |
| Custom, confirmed at order stage | Oversized or mixed sheets | Matched to your part envelope |
The datasheet lists the standard large-format marking area as 400 × 400 mm, while the product description refers to approximately 600 × 600 mm or larger. Where these differ, the technical table is the binding figure, and any larger area is confirmed against your part before production.
Panels are never perfectly flat, and some jobs deliberately run at different heights. Dynamic focus corrects the focal position across the bed so a single pass stays consistent.
The photographs below show the machine and the parts it was designed around, from office signage to shelf-ready packaging.

Large-area CO2 marking is usually chosen when the artwork itself is bigger than a standard bench can reach.
Custom signs, promotional pieces and display panels marked across the full sheet without tiling the artwork.
Date codes, QR codes and product information marked directly on cartons and shelf-ready packaging.
Fine engraving on timber panels, giftware and decorative boards with clean, repeatable detail.
Personalised awards, gifts and branded items produced in batches on the same wide bed.
All three models share the frame, the optics and the cooling design. Only the power and its electrical figures change.

The narrower large-format marking area of 400 × 400 mm is quoted from the technical table above. Any larger working area is a configuration confirmed against your part envelope, not a standard figure.
Floor-standing machines need a little more planning than a bench unit. These are the four stages from delivery to first production part.
Level the machine on a firm floor and confirm the bed is square before anything else is set.
Install the lens that matches your working area, then check the optical path and the exhaust route.
Load a reference file across the full bed and confirm depth and focus hold at every corner.
Log the approved parameters, train the operator and move to routine batch marking.
A large format CO2 machine is built around your part, so a short checklist is completed before the build starts.
“We used to tile large signage artwork across two setups and still saw a seam. With the whole panel inside the working area and dynamic focus holding the depth, the mark is now one clean pass from edge to edge.”
Each large format CO2 marker ships in a three-layer package. A solid plywood case forms the outer shell, foam padding in the middle absorbs shock and stops movement, and a thick plastic bag inside keeps the machine dry.
Production usually takes about 5 working days. The machine then ships by air express such as FedEx or TNT and normally reaches you in a further 4 to 6 working days.
Our engineers fully assemble and test every machine before dispatch. For the small parts fitted on arrival plus operation guidance, we provide a detailed training video and a full user manual.
We provide English online support by Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat, email and video. For deeper issues we can connect remotely with TeamViewer, and for hardware faults our engineers help identify the part and ship a replacement.
Wood, leather, glass, plastic, rubber, paper and some ceramics are all compatible, which makes the machine useful from craft work through to manufacturing.
The machine uses a high quality laser tube rated for more than 20,000 hours, which supports stable performance over several years of production.
Yes. It is designed for 24-hour continuous operation, and its rigid structure and efficient cooling keep performance stable even under heavy workload.
Maintenance is low. The air-cooled system removes the need for water cooling, so routine cleaning and an occasional component check are usually enough.
The machine ships with user-friendly software that is easy to set up and operate, and it is built for high precision for beginners and professionals alike.
Yes. Our comprehensive warranty covers the laser source and other key components, and our support team stays available to keep the machine running reliably.
If a flat CO2 bed is not the answer, these units add 3D focus or switch to a fiber source for metal parts.
