Tin Can Milk Powder Filling Line
Complete vacuum-nitrogen line for milk powder and nutritional blends, from can unscrambling and purge through dual-head weigh filling to seaming, cleaning and lid pressing.
View detailsOne supplier for the whole food line, from raw produce to a sealed, coded, shelf-ready pack. Four engineering lines cover liquid and powder filling, bag and bottle sealing, vacuum packing and fruit and vegetable washing, so the filling head, the seal profile and the wash cycle can be specified together instead of bought from four different vendors. Every machine is built in 304 or 316L food-grade stainless steel, controlled by PLC with recipe memory and delivered with CE certification.
Food packaging fails at the interfaces: a filler that overfills the pouch, a sealer that cannot keep up with the filler, a wash step that leaves soil for the next stage. Buying the four stages from one source lets us set the dose, the seal window and the belt speed as a single system, and to test your product through the whole chain before it ships.
Each line is a complete sub-catalogue on its own. Pick the line your product belongs to, then match the model to your container format and target output.

Output figures are the published ranges of the models in each line and depend on fill volume, head count, container size and cycle time. Combine two or more lines into one linked flow, and we confirm the real throughput against your product on a factory test.
Each industry below points to a different combination of filling, sealing, vacuum and washing equipment. We map the four lines against your product and container before anything is built.
Piston and servo filling handle viscous and chunky products, while continuous sealing and date coding close and mark the pack on the same line.
Metering vacuum units pack mustard tuber, kelp shreds and pickles with high solids content, holding the seal through the brine.
Vacuum-nitrogen can lines and inline weigh filling dose milk, protein and nutritional powders with a low residual oxygen level.
Anti-foam bottle filling for juice, milk tea, soy sauce and rice wine, with induction foil sealing and in-line coding for shelf-ready bottles.
Cup and pouch fillers pair with continuous and ink-wheel sealers, printing the date and batch data as the pack leaves the belt.
Bubble, vortex and high-pressure washers clean roots, leafy greens and fruit before cutting, then tray sealing and coding follow.
The same four steps apply whether you order one sealing machine or a linked filling and sealing line.
We review your product, container or pouch format, viscosity, output target and factory layout, then propose which of the four lines to combine.
Your samples are tested on the recommended models and returned with a configuration matched to your dose, seal and belt speed.
The machines are assembled, aligned and run with your product before packing, so the line is proven before it leaves the factory.
Sea or air freight, English manuals, video commissioning and operator training, then lifetime remote engineering support.
Start from the product and the container. Liquids and pastes move to the filling line with volumetric, piston or servo heads; dry powders move to auger or weigh filling; bottles, cans, cups and pouches each have dedicated models. If the pack is sealed rather than filled, choose the sealing line; if shelf life is the priority, choose vacuum packing; if you handle fresh produce, start with the washing line. Send your product and container and we map the four lines against your output target.
Choose by product behaviour and container. Free-flowing liquids such as water, juice and rice wine suit volumetric or gravity filling; viscous sauces and jams suit piston or servo filling with gentle handling of particulates; powders suit auger dosing or inline weigh filling. For stand-up pouches the ZLD range covers 800 to 12,000 pouches per hour across two to eight heads, and for bottles and cans the output runs from 12 to 70 containers per minute.
Output depends on fill volume, head count and cycle time. Washing handles 100 to 3,000 kg per hour depending on model, pouch filling reaches 12,000 pouches per hour on the eight-head ZLD-8, bottle and can filling runs from 12 to 70 units per minute, and induction sealing closes up to 250 bottles per minute. Vacuum packing runs 2,500 to 3,500 packs per hour on the GD8-ZK100 platform. We size the line so it runs with headroom above your target.
Product-contact parts are made from 304 or 316L food-grade stainless steel with food-approved seals, smooth crevice-free surfaces and washdown-ready electrical enclosures. The machines are designed to GMP and HACCP practice and are delivered with CE certification, material documentation and English manuals.
Yes. We build single machines and linked lines, then assemble and factory-test the line with your product before packing. Send product samples, container or pouch formats and your output target, and we return a recommended configuration with a test report.
