Induction Foil Sealing Machine
Water-cooled version for the highest output and widest neck range on a heavy bottle line.
View modelSeal the cap without touching the product. The GLF-900 sends a high-frequency field through the closure, heating only the aluminium foil liner until it fuses to the bottle neck. Air-cooled and stainless, it keeps a bottle line moving at up to 200 containers a minute.
Contact sealing has to touch the neck, which limits both speed and cleanliness. The GLF-900 works from a distance: the caps pass under the head, the foil liner heats from within and fuses to the neck, and the bottles keep moving. There is no tool wearing against the closure, and nothing enters the container.
The physics of the process is what makes this sealer so clean on a fast line.
The field induces current in the foil layer, so the heat starts inside the closure rather than at the surface of a tool.
Only the foil and the seal coating heat up. The container, the contents and the tapper stay untouched.
Because there is no contact to make and break, the seal happens as the bottle passes, which is what allows high throughput.
All values below are taken from the machine datasheet for the standard GLF-900 build.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model | GLF-900 |
| Power supply | AC220V 50/60 Hz |
| Power | 1300 W |
| Sealing capacity | 0-200 bottles per minute |
| Sealing diameter | 15-45 mm, 30-60 mm |
| Sealing speed | 2.4-12 m/min (up to 20 m/min on request) |
| Container height | 20-180 mm |
| Conveyor belt speed | 0-12.5 m/min |
| Cooling | Air-cooled |
| Appearance | Stainless steel |
| Dimensions | 805 x 310 x 330 mm |
| Weight | 33 kg |
The datasheet notes that the sealing speed can be engineered above the standard range, up to 20 m/min, on request. Confirm the container and cap liner with us before production so the coil matches your bottle.
Two dimensions decide whether a bottle can run on the GLF-900. Both are checked here before anything else.
| Container | Neck diameter | Height |
|---|---|---|
| Small dropper bottle | 15-30 mm | 20-60 mm |
| Syrup and beverage bottle | 30-45 mm | 60-180 mm |
| Standard cosmetic bottle | 30-45 mm | 60-150 mm |
| Wide-mouth jar | 45-60 mm | 60-180 mm |
| Metal bottle or cap | Not compatible with induction sealing | |
The two standard coil sizes cover 15-45 mm and 30-60 mm necks. Containers taller than 180 mm or necks outside those ranges are reviewed case by case.
Four things that make the GLF-900 a practical choice on a working bottle line.
Air cooling removes the need for a chiller, pipework or the maintenance that comes with a water system.
The fused liner seals against moisture and mould and shows clearly if a pack has been opened.
Up to 200 bottles a minute makes it a fit for large runs, not just sampling or contract batches.
The stainless housing wipes clean and resists corrosion in humid filling rooms.
What the machine delivers, in numbers you can compare against your line rate.
Induction suits any capped container that must stay protected in storage or on the shelf.
Syrup, tablet and dropper bottles sealed under clean conditions with no contact with the product.
Pesticide and crop protection bottles sealed against leaks and fumes in hazardous packaging.
Sauces, condiments and juices locked against oxidation and tampering after filling.
Serums, lotions and oils sealed for leak-free transport and a professional shelf appearance.
Oil and additive bottles sealed so nothing seeps from the cap during handling.
Detergent and household chemical bottles sealed on a fast, continuous line.
PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass are all suitable. Metal bottles and metal caps cannot be used, because the induction field must pass through the closure to reach the foil liner.
The sealing capacity is 0-200 bottles per minute, with a sealing speed of 2.4-12 m/min. Higher speeds up to 20 m/min can be engineered on request, depending on the container.
No. The GLF-900 is air-cooled, which keeps the installation simple. There is no chiller and no water circuit to run to the machine.
The machine handles containers from 20 mm to 180 mm tall, and the sealing head can be set for neck diameters of 15-45 mm or 30-60 mm.
The fused foil liner gives moisture, mould and tamper protection, which extends the storage life of the product and makes any interference with the pack visible.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and larger orders can ship by air or sea freight.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts, with free replacement components and English online support for the life of the equipment.
