Continuous Induction Sealing Machine GLF-900
Air-cooled induction sealer for 0-200 bottles per minute when you want a lighter, chiller-free head.
View modelSeal the bottle, not the cap. A high-frequency coil heats the aluminium foil liner inside the closure until it fuses to the neck, so every container leaves the line tamper-evident and airtight without a single contact with the product.
A contact head has to reach the neck, apply pressure and release. An induction head never touches the product at all: it passes over the capped bottle and heats only the foil liner, which means no residue, no smearing and no mechanical wear on the closure.
No adhesive, no flame and no hot tool touching the product. The seal is created by the liner itself.
The sealer coil generates a high-frequency field as the capped bottle passes beneath it.
The aluminium foil layer absorbs the field and rises in temperature within a fraction of a second.
The heat-seal coating on the foil melts and bonds to the bottle neck, forming a continuous membrane.
On leaving the field the bond cools and locks, leaving a tamper-evident, moisture-proof closure.
Every figure below is taken from the machine datasheet and applies to the standard water-cooled configuration.

Sealing performance depends on the liner grade, bottle material and line pitch. Send us a capped sample and we will confirm the settings and the coil size that match your container.
Four figures decide how this sealer slots into your filling capacity.
Working voltage and current are shown continuously, so a drift in the seal is caught at the panel, not downstream.
Over-current and over-voltage faults trip the unit automatically, protecting both the coil and the production batch.
Power supply, coil and cooling sit in one stainless cabinet, leaving a single unit to position over the conveyor.
Two standard coil sizes cover the range from small dropper bottles to wide-mouth jars. The table shows which coil suits which neck.
| Neck diameter | Typical container | Coil size |
|---|---|---|
| 15-30 mm | Pharmaceutical dropper and syrup bottles | 15-60 mm |
| 30-45 mm | Cosmetic and essential oil bottles | 15-60 mm |
| 45-60 mm | Beverage and nutraceutical bottles | 15-60 mm |
| 50-90 mm | Wide-mouth supplement jars | 50-130 mm |
| 90-130 mm | Chemical and oil containers | 50-130 mm |
Metal bottles and metal caps are not compatible with induction sealing. For lined plastic or glass closures the process works across the full range above.
Any line that fills a bottle and needs a moisture barrier, a tamper seal or an oxygen barrier is a candidate.
Airtight, tamper-evident seals on syrup, tablet and dropper bottles where cleanliness and traceability are mandatory.
Freshness locks on sauces, condiments, juices and dairy, keeping the headspace product from oxidising after capping.
Leak-proof closures on lotions, serums, essential oils and lubricants, sized for both narrow and wide mouths.
Seals keep moisture out of hygroscopic powders and protect sensitive actives in high-humidity warehouses.
Barriers against leaks and fumes on pesticide, fertiliser and industrial chemical containers.
A single sealer that changes coil to switch between bottle families, keeping short runs economical.
Terms are agreed before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Air express, air freight and sea freight for larger quantities, trackable from the factory door.
Bank transfer and major online methods. Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Parts covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Foam-lined export crate that holds the head and cabinet rigidly through transit.
PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass containers are all supported. Metal bottles and metal caps cannot be used, because the induction field has to pass through the cap into the foil liner.
The sealing speed is rated from 0 to 250 bottles per minute. The achievable figure depends on bottle diameter, line pitch and the liner used, so we confirm it against your container.
The unit is water-cooled as standard, which keeps the sealing head stable during long shifts. The cooling circuit is specified with the machine so it matches your utilities.
Yes. The sealer can be integrated into an automatic line or operated as a standalone unit, which makes it suitable for both new projects and upgrades of existing filling and capping equipment.
The display shows working voltage and current so the operator can see the sealing condition at a glance. Over-current and over-voltage protection trips automatically to keep the machine safe.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and air or sea freight is arranged for larger quantities. Every shipment is trackable.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts, plus English online support by email, WhatsApp and remote assistance for the life of the equipment.
