Stone CNC Engraving Machine FSM1313
1300×1300 mm stone bench with a 5.5 kW 24,000 rpm spindle, constant-power cutting and inward and outward tool cooling for lettering and reliefs.
View detailsSix gantry routers cover two very different jobs. Woodworking machines cut and carve sheet material with vacuum tables and automatic tool changers, while stone engraving machines drive a high-torque water-cooled spindle through marble, granite and ceramics. In between sit multi-head machines that double output per cycle and a four-axis machine that carves cylindrical and full 3D forms.
The frame, spindle, table and cooling all change between a woodworking router and a stone machine. Choosing the right family first avoids paying for rigidity you do not need — or losing a spindle you do.
Welded steel gantries with helical rack-and-pinion drive on X and Y, ball screws on Z, and aluminium T-slot or vacuum tables. Air-cooled spindles from 3 to 9 kW turn 18,000 to 24,000 rpm for clean cutting of MDF, plywood, solid wood, acrylic and composites.
Cast steel gantries and side supports on a vibration-stress-relieved frame, with a high-torque horizontal spindle, imported square linear rails and heavy dual-row blocks. A water tank cools the tool and suppresses dust, and constant-power motors hold cutting force through hard stone.
Multi-head gantries cut the same pattern on two or more spindles at once. Automatic tool changers swap cutters from the program. A rotary fourth axis adds cylindrical and 3D carving, and an automatic pushing device clears finished parts without stopping the cycle.
Listed from the smallest stone machine to the full 2000×4000 mm woodworking ATC router. Every model can be respecified with a larger table or a different spindle.

Values are transcribed from each datasheet; travel options and spindle choices are shown as the available range. The 1212 datasheet lists a stone spindle with an optional 9 kW ATC head, and weight is not stated for that build. Confirm table size, spindle and tooling before ordering.
From cabinet doors to cemetery monuments, the same gantry platform is respecified for each material and part.

Cabinet doors, panel furniture, solid-wood frames, wave boards, screen panels and carved sofa legs nested and profiled in one ATC cycle.
Acrylic letters, two-colour engraving plates, PVC and aluminium composite panels, badges, plaques and 3D lettering cut and polished on the router.
Marble and granite lettering, relief carving, line engraving, edge grinding, cut-outs and hollowing for architecture, decoration and memorial work.
Wood patterns, foundry moulds, aviation and propeller patterns, automotive foam models and non-metal moulds carved from board and resin.
Shadow carvings, relief panels, wooden toys, decorative gifts, metal relief work and the patterned inlays used on musical instruments.
Cutting and routing of plastic, plywood, aluminium composite and solid surface material for packaging tooling and architectural cladding.
Choose by the material being cut. Wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC and composite panels suit a woodworking router with a 3 to 9 kW air-cooled spindle, a vacuum table and an ATC magazine. Marble, granite, ceramic and glass suit a stone engraving machine with a high-torque stone spindle, a cast steel frame and a water tank for both tool cooling and dust suppression. Some models, such as the 1212, are built to run both.
An ATC pays for itself whenever a job needs more than one cutter. Without one, every tool change stops the machine and waits for an operator. A linear or disc magazine changes the cutter from the program, so a door panel can be routed, drilled, grooved and profiled in a single unattended cycle. Our ATC routers carry 10-station linear or disc magazines with an ISO30 taper.
The fourth axis turns the workpiece as it is cut, so the machine can produce cylindrical and curved 3D work: table legs, columns, handrails, propellers and carved drum shapes. The FS1530A carries a rotary head that rotates to 90 degrees either way, and a rotary axis can also be retrofitted to standard flat-bed machines so one router handles both sheet and round stock.
A multi-spindle router mounts two or more heads on one gantry and cuts the same pattern on each simultaneously, so a two-head machine roughly doubles output for the same floor space and operator. Each head can also be run on its own for smaller batches. It is the most efficient format for repetitive small parts such as cabinet doors and gift items.
The FSM1313 works a 1300 by 1300 mm area and the 1212 works 1300 by 2500 mm, both expandable to 1500 by 3000 mm and 2000 by 4000 mm. Hard stone such as granite is engraved in layers up to 5 mm deep, while marble and bluestone can be cut 5 mm deep in a single pass. Ceramics, glass and hard plastics are supported with the same tooling.
Routers and engraving machines ship in 15 to 30 working days after deposit, and customised table sizes or spindle configurations take 30 to 45 working days. Every machine is levelled, geometrically checked and run before packing. We provide English manuals, software configuration, live video commissioning and operator training, plus lifetime remote support.
