Four-Axis CNC Wood Router FS1530A
A rotary-head machine for cylindrical and full 3D carving, when the part is curved rather than repeated.
View modelWhen a part is the same shape every time, the fastest way to make more of it is to cut more than one at once. This three-axis gantry router carries two 4.5 kW spindles on a single gantry and drives them along the same toolpath, so each cycle finishes two identical parts instead of one. Either head can also run on its own, which keeps the machine useful when the batch is small.
A multi-spindle router works on the same principle as an automatic tool changer, but instead of swapping tools it swaps heads. Both heads are fixed to one gantry and follow the same path, so a single program produces two identical parts in the time a single-head machine produces one.
The comparison that matters is not spindle power — it is how many finished parts leave the table per shift.
| Mode | Parts per cycle | Best for | Typical part type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twin-head | 2 identical parts | High-volume repeat production | Cabinet doors, gift items, decorative panels |
| Twin-head, nested | 4 or more per cycle | Maximum output on very small parts | Small crafts, badges, ornaments |
| Single-head | 1 part | Mixed and short batches | One-off sized panels and prototypes |
| Single large part | 1 part, full table | Oversized flat components | 2000 × 3000 mm panels |
Throughput figures describe how the heads are arranged, not a guaranteed output rate. Actual output depends on the part program, material and feed rate; send us the part and we will confirm the cycle.

The number of spindles beyond the standard two is specified per order, and table sizes, Z travel and control system are confirmed before production.
Two heads mean twice the cutting force on one gantry. The frame and drive were chosen to keep it square under that load.
The base and gantry are welded as one steel structure and then tempered and stress relieved, so the machine keeps its squareness and does not need periodic recalibration.
The Y axis uses a rack and pinion drive on both sides, which drives the gantry evenly and resists twisting during heavy cutting.
Breakpoint resume and power-off memory let a long production job pick up exactly where it stopped, which protects the batch after a power cut.
Any job where the same shape repeats many times is a candidate for multiple heads.
Cabinet doors, interior doors and door panels cut and profiled in matched pairs or groups.
Screens, fan windows and patterned panels produced in repeat batches at high throughput.
Giftware, ornaments and embossed craft products where volume and consistency both matter.
Wave-board and textured wall panels routed across the full 3000 mm bed.
Acrylic cutting, two-colour plate engraving and PVC work produced two pieces at a time.
Aluminium, brass and thin metal panel work where the machine is fitted with the appropriate tooling.
A rotary-axis machine for curved work, or an ATC router for multi-tool flat panel jobs.

View modelBoth heads are carried on the same gantry and follow the same toolpath, so one program cuts two identical parts at the same time. For parts that fit under each head, a two-head machine produces roughly twice the output of a single-head machine for the same floor space, the same operator and the same cycle time.
Yes. Each spindle can be run on its own, so the machine can cut a single large part with one head while the other stays out of the way, or run two different jobs on the two heads when a batch is smaller. That flexibility is what lets one machine serve both high-volume and mixed work.
It is designed for large batches of small to medium parts: cabinet doors, wooden doors, screens and decorative fan windows, craft gifts, embossed decorative items, engraving and cutting of non-ferrous metals. Any job where the same shape is repeated many times in wood, MDF, plywood or plastic is a natural fit.
The machine base and gantry are welded from steel tube as one structure and then tempered and stress relieved. That keeps the gantry square and the side supports aligned without the periodic recalibration that bolted or lightly built frames require. The Y axis uses a dual rack drive, which also helps the gantry resist twisting in a heavy cut.
The machine runs a DSP hand controller or NC Studio, with Mach3, Syntec and SIEMENS also listed as options. Breakpoint resume and power-off memory let a long job continue after an interruption, and the controller can run offline. Design files from Type3, Ucancam, Artcam, Vectric, EnRoute, Mastercam and Cabinet Vision are supported.
Standard builds ship in 15 to 30 working days after deposit, with customised table sizes or spindle configurations taking 30 to 45 working days. Main components carry a two-year warranty, and production capacity is 30 sets per month. Volume terms are agreed per order.
