Linear ATC CNC Wood Router 1325
The same 10-station linear magazine on a 1300×2500 mm table for smaller workshops.
View modelA furniture part rarely needs just one cutter. It needs a rougher, a finisher, a groover and a drill, and every one of those changes means the machine has to stop and an operator has to reach in. This 2000 by 4000 mm router carries a 9 kW automatic tool change spindle and a 10-station linear magazine, so the whole sequence runs from the program in one unattended cycle.
Three features turn a sheet of board into a finished part without anyone standing at the machine.
Ten tool positions fed from the side of the gantry, so the machine changes cutter without stopping for an operator.
A cast steel table with an aluminium T-slot and vacuum clamping surface holds thin panels flat and releases them fast.
An 80,000 mm/min rapid and 45,000 mm/min machining speed keep repositioning short between long nested toolpaths.
A typical furniture part uses four to six of the ten positions. This is how a full door panel cycle distributes them.
| Station group | Tool | Operation | Speed band |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Flat and compression spiral | Nesting and through cutting of the panel outline | Low to mid |
| 3–4 | Grooving and rebate cutters | Slots, rebates and hinge recesses | Low |
| 5–7 | Drill banks and hinge borers | Shelf pin, dowel and hinge boring | Mid to high |
| 8–9 | Straight and round-nose profile | Edge profile and decorative moulding | Mid to high |
| 10 | Fine engraving cutter | Surface detailing and lettering | High |
The grouping above is an example of how a furniture cycle uses the magazine, not a fixed assignment. Tool positions, offsets and speeds are set for your own part in the machine program.

Table size, Z travel, magazine type and control system are confirmed before production, and the automatic push-off device is an option. Files from Type3, Ucancam, Artcam, Alphacam, Vectric, EnRoute, Mastercam and Cabinet Vision are supported.
The spindle is designed to run without supervision: it starts and stops on command from the program, and the control handles the tool change, so the cycle keeps moving.
Built for the woodworking and fit-out trades, and useful in several other sectors besides.
Cabinet doors, interior doors, solid wood furniture, sofa legs, headboards and door panels produced from one program.
Wave panels, fine patterns, antique-style furniture, screens and decorative window sashes for fit-out projects.
Sign boards, acrylic engraving and cutting, crystal lettering and derived advertising materials.
Copper, aluminium and iron moulds, plus non-metal moulds in artificial marble, PVC, board and resin.
Gifts, ornaments, wooden toys, metal relief work and copper and aluminium lettering.
Pattern engraving for musical instruments, and cutting and processing of plastic and timber for packaging.
What happens to the machine before it reaches your door, and what happens after.
Welded as one structure, heat treated and high-frequency vibrated, then blasted, rust proofed and painted in three coats.
Eleven inspection stages before dispatch, so the machine arrives ready to run rather than ready to be set up.
Commissioned and tested over 48 hours, with test video and images sent to you for approval before the shipment is booked.

View modelBecause most furniture parts need more than one cutter. Without an automatic changer, someone has to stop the machine, loosen the nut, swap the cutter and reset the length every time the operation changes. A 10-station magazine does this from the program, so nesting, drilling, grooving and profiling run in one unattended cycle and the spindle stays in cut.
The spindle is a 9 kW automatic tool change unit with a maximum torque of 6.4 N·m and a speed range from 12,000 to 24,000 rpm, fitted with an ISO30 taper and ER32 collets. That speed range suits the full set of router cutters, and the machine is rated to cut and engrave materials up to 60 HB in hardness.
The machine uses a cast steel table structure with side supports and an aluminium T-slot combination vacuum clamping table. Vacuum suction cups hold thin and flat panels firmly and can be repositioned quickly, which is what makes it practical to change from one nested sheet layout to the next without building a fixture.
The standard control is NC Studio, with Syntec, SIEMENS and DSP also available. The Syntec option adds intelligent machining limit protection that prevents a collision when a nest runs outside the working area, and independent machining speed control. Files from Type3, Ucancam, Artcam, Alphacam, Vectric, EnRoute, Mastercam and Cabinet Vision are supported.
The frame is welded as one structure, heat treated, high-frequency vibrated, blasted, rust proofed and painted in three coats, then inspected through 11 process stages before dispatch. The machine is commissioned and tested for 48 hours before shipping, and we send the test video and images for your approval before booking the shipment.
Our engineers guide installation of the software and the machine components over WhatsApp, email and TeamViewer, and teach your operators to run the machine. Main components carry a two-year warranty, and production capacity is 30 sets per month. Volume terms are agreed per order.
