GLF-900 Induction Sealer
An air-cooled in-line unit for 15–60 mm necks at up to 200 bottles per minute.
View modelA 5 kg induction head that seals one bottle at a time, without a conveyor and without a water line. The GLF-500 welds an aluminium foil disc to the neck of PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass bottles from 28 to 65 mm, at up to 50 bottles per minute, with automatic induction sealing, no-foil detection and air cooling built in.
A continuous induction line needs bottles that can travel past a fixed head. In small-batch rooms and for odd container sizes, that is not practical. The GLF-500 puts the head in the operator's hand: the same electromagnetic principle, delivered one bottle at a time, at a pace the operator sets.
The operator sets the pace, and the head signals when a cap cannot be sealed.
The capped bottle is set down and the induction head is placed flat on the cap.
The cycle starts automatically, with no-foil detection confirming there is a foil disc inside the cap.
The field induces eddy currents in the foil, which heats in a fraction of a second while the bottle stays cool.
The foil coating fuses to the neck, and the head is lifted to the next bottle in the batch.
All figures are taken from the model datasheet and listed as supplied.

Neck diameter and cap foil are confirmed before production. The unit must not be used on metal bottles or metal caps.
The foil only bonds where the field is strong and even. Use this table to check your container against the 28–65 mm working range and the foil format.
| Neck Diameter | Container | Typical Product | Suitability |
|---|---|---|---|
| 28–38 mm | PET, PE bottles | Oral liquids, oils, samples | Supported |
| 39–50 mm | PE, PP, PET, PS bottles | Sauces, cosmetics, detergents | Supported |
| 51–65 mm | PP, PS, ABS, glass | Powders, supplements, yoghurt | Supported |
| Any size, metal body | Metal bottle or can | Not applicable | Not supported |
| Any size, metal cap | Any container with metal closure | Not applicable | Not supported |
A foil disc must sit inside the cap for the seal to form. Send us the bottle and cap and we will confirm the foil format and the sealing power setting.
It is not a heat gun and it is not a hot-fill process. The GLF-500 uses the same eddy-current principle as a full line system.
The welded foil blocks moisture and air, which extends the storage life of the product inside.
The machine recognises a cap without a foil disc, so unsealable packs do not waste a cycle.
No conveyor and no fixed head, so odd shapes and small runs are sealed wherever the bottles are.
A stainless steel housing is easy to wipe down, which suits food, beverage and cosmetic rooms.
Cooling is by air, so there is no water circuit to install or maintain.
A high-accuracy switching regulated supply keeps the sealing energy consistent from the first bottle to the last.
The GLF-500 is used wherever bottles are filled in batches and need a sealed, tamper-evident closure before dispatch.

Juices, drinks, carbonated beverages, mineral water, fresh milk, yoghurt, sauces, jelly and milk tea.
Oral liquids, supplements, spirits and wines where a sealed, tamper-evident closure is expected.
Skincare, haircare, cosmetics, detergents, toothpaste, oils and liquid alcohol.
Packed in a 380 × 300 × 200 mm carton with foam cushions and shipped by express, air or sea.
T/T bank transfer and other agreed methods, with terms confirmed on the proforma invoice.
A 2-year warranty covers parts and labour, with spare heads and foil guidance available.
Guidance on foil disc size and cap format so the seal bonds evenly across the neck.
It seals aluminium foil caps on non-metallic containers made from PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass. It must not be used on metal bottles or metal caps, because the induction field couples into metal and neither the seal nor the machine would behave correctly.
The circuit recognises when a cap has no foil disc inside it, so the operator is not left pressing the head onto a pack that cannot seal. Combined with automatic induction sealing, this reduces wasted cycles and stops unsealed bottles reaching the carton.
The head is sized for neck diameters from 28 mm to 65 mm and can run at 0 to 50 bottles per minute, or 0 to 50 sealing cycles per minute, depending on how the bottles are presented. The stainless steel body weighs only 5 kg, so one operator can move between lines.
Yes. The machine is rated for continuous work and is air-cooled, so it does not need a water supply or a chiller. That makes it practical for small and medium batches where a full in-line induction system would be oversized.
It suits the bottled products found in catering, food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, tobacco and liquor, and chemical trades, including juices, drinks, carbonated beverages, spirits, mineral water, purified water, skincare and haircare, cosmetics, detergents, oral liquids, yoghurt, fresh milk, sauces, toothpaste, oils, liquid alcohol, milk tea and jelly.
It is assembled and tested before dispatch and packed in a 380 x 300 x 200 mm double-layer carton with foam cushions. Standard production is about 5 working days with express transit of roughly 4 to 6 working days, and the machine carries a 2-year warranty.
