Bubble & Spray Washer
Bubble and spray washing over a stainless mesh belt, in five belt lengths up to 3,000 kg/h.
View modelThis is the heavy-duty washer in the range. Dual pumps drive a spiral flow through a curved 304 stainless tank, so product turns through 360 degrees instead of travelling in a straight line. High-pressure bubbles break up clumps and reach between leaves and cut edges, a multi-stage spray adds a final rinse, and an integrated debris system takes sand, leaf and grit away from the product. The result is a deep, even wash at 1,000 to 1,800 kg per hour, with automatic water top-up and two-stage filtration keeping the circulation water clean.
Washing performance here comes from combining three actions that each cover a different weakness of the others.
The tank is divided by function, and the water path is what decides how much of it you need to replace each shift.
| Aspect | Curved Wash Tank | Circulation and Filtration | Vibration Discharge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Function | Hold the working water and keep product spiralling through five reverse cycles | Return clean water to the tank and hold the working level | Lift product out, spray rinse and pre-dewet it |
| Water level | Working level set for the product buoyancy | Held automatically by the top-up device | Product leaves above the water line |
| Flow control | Independent valves adjust vortex direction and strength | Dual pumps set circulation pressure | Vibration amplitude sets dwell and draining |
| Debris handling | Sand and grit sink to the tapered cone base and drain out | Two-stage wedge filter, front 0.31 mm and rear 1.4 mm | Rotary drum and discharge channel clear remaining solids |
| Effect on product | Curved profile and no protruding nozzles reduce bruising | Clean recycled water avoids re-soiling the load | Shock-absorbing arms drain and pre-dewet during vibration |
| Operator action | Set flow direction for the product type | Rinse the filters and check the top-up at shift end | Monitor the discharge and remove rejects |
Recirculation with two-stage filtration is what reduces fresh water demand: the same water is reused through the shift, and only carry-over is topped up. Ozone disinfection and a dynamic circulation filter unit are available as options.

All food contact parts can be removed for maintenance without tools. Voltage, spray configuration and discharge height are confirmed before production.
Deep cleaning usually means rough handling. This design separates the two.
The semi-circular tank has no protruding nozzles, and water and bubble intensity are adjustable for delicate products.
Sand sinks and drains, leaves are screened off the surface, and the rotary debris system keeps solids away from clean product.
Two-stage wedge filtration and automatic top-up keep the circulation water within working condition, reducing fresh water use.
Four figures that describe what this machine does per cycle and per hour.
The same tank handles whole, cut, shredded and fragile products across a mixed weekly schedule.
Cabbage, lettuce, spinach and wild greens washed whole or shredded, with cut roots such as ginger, potato and radish handled in the same tank.
Dates, mango, strawberry, apple, pear, tomato and grape, with adjustable intensity to protect soft fruit during the wash.
Fish, shrimp and scallop, plus meat, barley, herbs, larvae and fry, washed with the same bubble and vortex action.
Installed in supermarkets, vegetable distribution centres and markets; institutional catering for schools, defence, factories and prisons; central kitchens and medium to large food processing plants.
The whole path runs continuously, with adjustment points at each stage.
Fill the tank, then set vortex direction and intensity on the independent valves for the product going on.
Product spirals through five reverse cycles while sixteen bubble groups break up clumps and release soil and residue.
Sand drains from the cone base, leaf is screened off, and the two-stage wedge filter keeps the recirculated water clean.
Top and lift-section sprays complete the rinse, the vibrating screen pre-dewets the product, and an adjustable air duct prevents sticking.
The machine is supplied ready to install, with guidance matched to the products you run.
Level, connect, confirm pump rotation and run a test cycle with your product to fix flow settings.
Bubble pipes, screens and filter elements are removable, and a spare parts kit is supplied with the machine.
Major parts replaced within the warranty period, with lifetime online engineering support afterwards.
The unit can head a root and leafy vegetable washing line, a long-leaf drying line or a fresh-cut processing line.
The tank is formed in a smooth semi-circular profile with no protruding nozzles, so product tumbles against a curved surface rather than an edge. Water and bubble intensity are adjustable, which lets delicate leaves be washed at a lower setting than cut roots.
Vortex flow keeps the product circulating in a spiral so every surface is exposed to the water, while high-pressure bubbles break up clumps and reach between leaves and cut edges. This machine combines both, then adds a spray rinse, so it removes soil, debris and pesticide residue in one pass.
Sand and grit sink to the tapered cone base and discharge through the drain, floating leaves are caught by the top tank screen and the integrated debris removal system, and the two-stage wedge filter keeps the recirculated water clean.
No. The circulation tank has an automatic water top-up device, so the working level is maintained without manual filling. Only the initial fill and the end-of-shift drain are manual.
Yes, ozone disinfection and a dynamic circulation filter unit are available as options. Ozone is a broad-spectrum sanitiser that helps remove pesticide residue and reduce microbial load on the washed product.
The vibration discharge screen replaces a conventional belt, shortens the cleaning time and pre-dewets the product as it leaves. The unit can be placed at the head of a root and leafy vegetable washing line, a long-leaf vegetable drying line or a fresh-cut processing line.
The machine carries a 12-month warranty from delivery with replacement of major parts. Commissioning guidance, a spare parts kit, operating videos and lifetime online technical support are included.
If you need a smaller footprint, a bubble-only wash or ozone disinfection, these models cover those cases.
