Bubble & Spray Washer
Continuous mesh-belt washing with bubble and spray, from 0 to 3,000 kg per hour in five belt lengths.
View modelSome kitchens need more than a wash: they need the microbial load reduced before the product is prepared. This machine delivers both in a single 3 mm stainless tank, using high-pressure water and strong bubbles for cleaning together with ozone for disinfection. Ozone breaks down after use, so it leaves no chemical residue on the food. Three separate switches on the panel cover cleaning, disinfection and temperature, and an ultrasonic vibrator makes sure the wash reaches leafy crevices and meat surfaces alike.
Washing removes what you can see. Disinfection deals with what you cannot. This machine runs both in the same tank, so the product is cleaned and sanitised before it leaves the washer.
The control panel is deliberately simple: the operator selects the function, not a set of technical parameters.
Bubble washing with high-pressure water lifts soil and surface film from vegetables, fruit, meat, chicken and fish.
Ozone oxidises micro-organisms and then breaks down, so the machine disinfects without leaving a chemical residue on the food.
A heated wash can be selected where warm water loosens surface wax and soil, with cold washing available for delicate items.
Three tank sizes on one platform. Figures are taken directly from the machine datasheet.

Ozone concentration in the water and the contact time of a disinfection cycle are set for the product and confirmed with your volumes. The machine is supplied with a spare parts kit and an operating and maintenance video.
The three switches combine into three practical programmes. This table shows what each one is for.
| Aspect | Bubble Wash | Ozone Disinfection | Heated Wash |
|---|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Remove visible soil, surface film and debris | Reduce the microbial load on the product | Loosen surface wax and soil before the main wash |
| Ozone contact | Not used | Ozone generated and dissolved in the wash water | Optional, can be combined with the warm wash |
| Water temperature | Ambient | Ambient | Raised by the heating element |
| Contact time control | Cycle length set by the operator | Longer contact gives a stronger disinfection effect | Cycle length set by the operator |
| Typical products | Vegetables, fruit, meat, chicken feet, fish | Leafy vegetables, fruit, meat and poultry | Root crops and produce with waxy surfaces |
| Residue | None | None, ozone breaks down after use | None |
| Best used in | Canteen and restaurant kitchens | Sites with a hygiene standard to meet | Cold rooms and winter production |
Ozone is a broad-spectrum sanitiser, so a stronger setting and longer contact improve the effect up to the point recommended for the product. Exact settings are agreed with your volumes and hygiene requirement before dispatch.
Three tank lengths share the same controls and the same 3 mm stainless construction.
Compact, tank-based and easy to site, which is why public catering was the original target for this machine.

Schools, the armed forces, government offices and factory canteens washing vegetables and meat in volume before cooking.
Restaurants, hotels, hospitals, universities, fast food outlets and cafeterias that need a repeatable disinfection step.
Sites preparing raw vegetables, fruit and meat where incoming produce is cleaned and disinfected before further processing.
The machine is supplied with the documentation needed to run it safely from day one.
Cover runs from delivery, with replacement of major parts during the warranty period.
A full set of spare parts ships with the machine, and consumables such as activated carbon are available afterwards.
Detailed video covers how to run, clean and care for the machine, so kitchen staff can be trained without a service visit.
Ozone is generated and dissolved into the wash water, where it oxidises micro-organisms on the product surface and in the water itself. Because it breaks down after use, there is no chemical residue left on the food, which is why it suits direct food contact.
Yes. The control panel has separate cleaning, disinfection and temperature switches, so a programme can run a plain bubble wash, a disinfection cycle, or a heated wash. Longer contact time and a higher ozone setting give a stronger effect, and both are agreed with the product and volumes you handle.
The vibrator agitates the water so the wash reaches the crevices of leafy vegetables, root crops and meat surfaces that a simple flow can miss, which improves how evenly the load is cleaned and disinfected.
Vegetables, fruit, meat, chicken breast, chicken feet and fish. It suits public canteens in schools, the armed forces, government offices and factories, plus restaurants, hotels, hospitals, universities, fast food outlets, cafeterias and food factories.
It is a tank-based machine, so a fill connection and a drain are needed, but it can be placed on a normal kitchen floor and moved on castors if required. Activated carbon filtration helps clean the circulating water during use.
The 3 mm stainless tank is easy to wipe down and rinse, and the control panel keeps the wash and disinfection cycles separate so the routine is the same every day. Activated carbon is replaced on the schedule we provide.
The machine carries a 12-month warranty from delivery. A full spare parts kit is supplied with the unit, along with a detailed operating and maintenance video, and we continue to provide support after the warranty period.
