Horizontal Continuous Sealing Machine SF-150W
The horizontal counterpart for flat bags and bag making on a table-top frame.
View modelBuilt to stand at the end of a line, not crouch on a bench. The SF-150LD seals foil, plastic and composite bags continuously at 0-12 m/min, prints a two-line date or batch code, and seals in either a vertical or a horizontal orientation as your product demands.
Continuous sealing only works if the feeding height is right. Put the band at bench height and the operator crouches all shift. The SF-150LD is built as a floor-standing machine so the conveyor lines up with a packing table, and the bags keep moving without anyone reaching down or up.
Values below are taken from the machine datasheet for the standard SF-150LD build.

The machine can be set to print dates and batch numbers to your format. Send us the bag and the wording and we will confirm the printing position and the temperature and speed settings.
The two variables that decide the seam. Set one, then trim the other until the seal runs clean.
| Film thickness | Suggested seal width | Typical bag |
|---|---|---|
| 0.02-0.03 mm | 6-8 mm | Thin foil pouches, sachets |
| 0.03-0.05 mm | 8-10 mm | Standard plastic and composite bags |
| 0.05-0.08 mm | 10-15 mm | Heavier laminate and wide bags |
The 6-15 mm seal width is adjustable across the whole range. A wider seam is stronger but needs more heat, so thin film is usually run at the narrower end.
A bench sealer is fed by hand from above. A floor-standing sealer can be pushed up against a packing table and fed straight through, which is why it belongs on a flowing line.
The conveyor matches table height, so filled bags slide from the table straight into the band with no lifting.
Bags enter and leave on the same level, which keeps the line linear and avoids a return path.
Four qualities that make the SF-150LD a line machine rather than a bench tool.
Vertical and horizontal sealing from one machine, so it fits both hanging and flat products.
Foil bags, plastic bags and composite bags all run on the same machine, plus film for bag making.
Two lines of coding come free with the seal, so no separate coder is needed downstream.
The drive and heater are built for continuous duty, which is why the machine can stay on shift.
Read these first when you are matching a sealer to a line.
The SF-150LD is built for the sectors where the bag itself has to be a barrier.
Foil-lined medicine bags sealed and coded with lot and expiry data on a continuous line.
Pesticide and fertiliser pouches sealed to contain dust and keep moisture out.
Coffee, tea, dried goods and powders sealed in foil laminates that hold their aroma.
Detergent and personal care refills sealed with a readable manufacture date.
Oil and grease pouches sealed on a floor-standing frame that handles the heavier pack.
Continuous sealing and trimming for short-run film converting and custom bag sizes.
Aluminium foil bags, plastic bags and composite bags are all suitable, together with plastic film for bag making. The temperature range of 0-300 C covers the common film grades used in medicine, agrochemicals, food and daily chemicals.
Yes. With an ink wheel fitted, the machine prints two lines of up to thirty characters, so a date, batch number or both can be added in the same pass as the seal.
The floor-standing chassis puts the sealing band at a working height for a standing operator and leaves the conveyor clear, which makes it easy to line up with a packing table or a conveyor.
Yes. The machine seals in both orientations and is designed for continuous running, so it suits a flowing production line as well as stand-alone sealing at a bench.
The standard range is 0.02-0.08 mm, and the seal width is adjustable between 6 and 15 mm to suit different bag sizes and film gauges.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and every shipment is trackable from the factory.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty. Components that fail within the period are replaced free of charge, with English online support throughout the life of the machine.
