SF-150LD Floor Sealer
The floor-standing version of this platform, switchable between horizontal and vertical sealing.
View modelThe workhorse of small and medium packing rooms. The SF-150W runs the bag mouth between two moving belts, sealing continuously at 0–13 m/min with an adjustable seal width of 0–14 mm and a digital thermostat reaching 300 °C. Seal length is unlimited, so any bag size fits, and an optional print and count device finishes the pack in the same pass.
All figures are taken from the machine datasheet and listed exactly as supplied.

An impulse sealer makes one bag per cycle and waits for the jaw to close and open. A continuous sealer never stops: the bag mouth rides between the belts while heat, cooling and pressure are applied in sequence along the path.
Two moving belts grip the bag mouth and carry it at a set speed, so a light pouch and a full bag travel at the same rate.
Copper heating and cooling blocks hold the set temperature in one zone and pull it down in the next so the film sets flat.
An optional print and count unit adds the factory name, trademark, date, shelf life or batch data in the same pass.
Continuous sealing is a sequence rather than a single action, and each stage has its own effect on the finished seal.
Two moving belts take the bag mouth and carry it at the set speed, holding the film flat and square to the heater.
The copper heating block at up to 300 °C softens the thermoplastic plies through the sealing belt.
The copper cooling block pulls the temperature down so the fused film sets without stretching or wrinkling.
The optional print unit adds the name, trademark, date or batch code of up to 39 characters, and the counter records output.
Wider seals need more dwell time under the heater, so belt speed has to come down. This is the trade-off that decides your real output.
| Seal Width | Typical Bag | Suggested Belt Speed | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0–4 mm | Light pouches, sachets | 11–13 m/min | Highest throughput, minimum film stress |
| 5–8 mm | Standard retail bags | 8–11 m/min | Balanced seal strength and output |
| 9–11 mm | Heavier goods, dry foods | 6–8 m/min | More peel strength for dense fills |
| 12–14 mm | Industrial and chemical packs | 4–6 m/min | Widest seal, strongest joint |
Belt speeds are practical starting values for the SF-150W and depend on film coating and ambient temperature. Confirm the final setting on your own film.
Continuous sealers live with heat and vibration for years. The SF-150W is built so that neither becomes a problem.
The SF-150W is chosen wherever bags are packed in batches rather than on a high-speed line, from corner shops to laboratories.

Dried fruit, nuts, tea, coffee, seeds and specialty foods in film bags sealed and printed in one step.
Sample bags, reagents and small components where a straight seal and a legible code are both required.
Everyday retail packs for household goods, electrical components and general merchandise.
Air express, air freight and sea freight, trackable from the factory door to your site.
T/T bank transfer and other agreed methods, with Incoterms confirmed on the proforma invoice.
A 2-year warranty covers parts and labour, with fast supply of belts, elements and cloth.
Double-layer packing with a thick outer carton and foam cushions that stop movement in transit.
Instead of a fixed jaw that clamps one bag at a time, the SF-150W carries the bag mouth between two moving belts. The seal is made continuously along the whole length of the bag, so nothing limits how long the bag or the run can be, and bags can be sealed and cut from a continuous film tube.
Yes. The sealing width adjusts from 0 to 14 mm, so you can set a narrow seal for light pouches or a wide seal for heavier bags that need more peel strength. The width is set mechanically and does not require changing the heating element.
A high-precision digital thermostat holds the seal zone between 0 and 300 C. Full copper heating and cooling blocks move heat in and out quickly, and a white ceramic insulation pad cuts roughly 30 percent of the heat that would otherwise reach the electronics, which keeps the set point stable over a long shift.
It seals the plastic films used for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, local produce, chemical, electrical component and seed packing, and can also make bags from film tube. It is used horizontally for dry products and, in the vertical configuration of the same platform, for filling and sealing liquids.
It can be fitted with a printing and counting device that prints the factory name, trademark, production date, shelf life or batch number of up to 39 characters while sealing, and a 4-digit counter registers output. Sealing and printing complete in one pass.
The body is cut from a single piece with no weld seams, which raises torsional stiffness by about 50 percent compared with a welded frame. That keeps the belts and heater aligned under load, so the seal line stays straight even when heavy bags are run all day.
The machine is assembled and tested before dispatch and ships in a double-layer carton with foam cushions. Standard production is about 5 working days with express transit of roughly 4 to 6 working days. Heating elements, sealing belts and high-temperature cloth are available as spares.
