Vertical Ink Wheel Sealing Machine FRM-980LW
Adds a full ink wheel printing station for alphanumeric codes on larger film bags.
View modelA compact band sealer for small pouches. It prints, seals and conveys in one continuous movement, so a bag of snacks, powder or small parts goes from open to coded and closed in a single pass — with the air cushion sealed in to protect the contents.
Small pouches are the hardest to seal well: the film is thin, the seam is short and the product sits close to the edge. A constant temperature band and a regulated drive keep the seal flat and even, so thin laminate does not curl or wrinkle as it leaves the heating zone.
Three film families cover almost every small pouch. Each one behaves differently at the seal.
| Film | Typical pouch | Behaviour at the seam |
|---|---|---|
| PE | General food and parts pouches | Seals at a low setting and gives a soft, even seam that resists tearing. |
| PP | Snacks, dried goods, stationery | Needs a slightly higher temperature and produces a crisp, clear seal line. |
| Aluminium foil laminate | Coffee, powders, medicine | Requires a firmer seal to bond the foil layer, giving a strong moisture barrier. |
Film thickness and coating vary between suppliers. Send a roll of your film and we will return a sealed and coded sample with the temperature and speed settings we used.
All values are taken from the machine datasheet for the standard SF-150LW build.

The coding station sits on the same path as the seal, so no second machine is needed.
The filled pouch is placed on the infeed guide with the mouth aligned to the band.
The embossing wheel is loaded with the date, lot or code and clipped into position.
Moving bands carry the pouch through the heating zone, softening the seal line evenly.
The coding wheel presses the characters into the soft seam, printing and drying instantly.
Four reasons this small sealer holds up on a busy pouch line.
Printing, sealing and continuous conveying are combined, so the pouch never leaves the machine between steps.
Type is swapped in seconds, which keeps short runs and mixed batches moving.
Vertical or horizontal use means one machine covers both loose and standing pouches.
At 860 x 410 mm it fits a bench or trolley, so it can be moved to wherever the batch is running.
The four values an operator checks before the first pouch of the shift.
Wherever a small pouch needs a clean seal and a readable code, this machine earns its bench space.
PE, PP and aluminium foil laminates are all supported. The electronic constant temperature system lets you dial in a different setting for each film and repeat it on the next batch.
Yes. A date embossing system can be fitted so the code is pressed into the seal as it forms. Characters are easy to change and print and dry instantly, with no ink to smudge.
The SF-150LW is a dual-purpose model that seals with the pouch running vertically or horizontally, so the same machine suits loose product or a pouch standing on edge.
Sealing after filling traps a cushion of air in the pouch, which protects the contents during transport. That air cushion is one of the reasons small pouches travel so well.
An electronic constant temperature controller holds the set point across a 0-300 C range, and a speed-regulated drive keeps the pouch moving steadily through the heating zone.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and the shipment is trackable from the factory.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty. Failed parts are replaced free of charge within the period, and our engineers stay available for the life of the machine.
If your pouch is larger or your line is faster, these models step up from the SF-150LW.
