Deluxe Ink Wheel Sealing Machine FRD-980AIII
Floor-standing deluxe ink wheel sealer with a detailed heating, cooling and embossing sequence.
View modelSeal it flat, code it clean. The FRD-980AI runs the bag horizontally so the seam is fully supported, then cools the film before it leaves the machine. The result is a flat, wrinkle-free seal with a crisp code embossed straight into the seam.
Running the bag horizontally keeps the whole seam in contact with the conveyor, so there is nothing for the film to sag over. A cooling fan then pulls the heat out before the bag reaches the take-off, and the ink wheel presses the code while the seam is still soft enough to hold it.

Most sealing faults on thin film happen after the heat, not during it. Here is what the fan prevents.
Uncooled seams draw together as they set and pull the film into wrinkles. The fan sets the seam while it is still flat.
Thin film can stretch under residual heat. Controlled cooling keeps the bag the shape it went in.
A seam that sets evenly holds a sharper embossed character, which matters when the code has to be read.
From load to discharge, the bag never stops and never changes station.
The bag is placed horizontally on the conveyor, aligned with the mouth against the band.
The band carries the mouth through the heating zone where the film is softened evenly.
The cooling fan pulls heat from the seam so it sets flat and does not wrinkle.
The ink wheel rolls the code into the cooled but still workable seam, then the bag is discharged.
Four features that separate the FRD-980AI from a basic band sealer.
The bag is fully supported along its length, which keeps wide and heavier bags tracking straight.
A dedicated fan removes residual heat, the single biggest cause of wrinkling on thin film.
Speed and temperature are both adjustable, so switching bag material is a settings change, not a rebuild.
Sealing and printing happen together, so no separate coder takes up floor space downstream.
What the deluxe build does, in numbers you can check against your line.
The deluxe horizontal layout suits any operation where appearance and code legibility matter as much as seal strength.
The cooling fan settles the seam before the bag leaves the machine, which stops thin film wrinkling and keeps the printed code crisp rather than smeared.
The ink wheel embosses simple numbers and letters into the seam, such as dates, batch numbers and short codes. Sealing and printing happen in a single pass, so the bag is finished when it leaves.
In horizontal operation the bag lies flat on the conveyor, which gives the best support for wide or heavy bags and keeps the seam straight as it feeds through.
Yes. Both are adjustable so the machine can be tuned to different bag materials, from thin film to heavier composite bags, without changing hardware.
The heater and the drive mechanism are built for long service and are designed to resist wear during normal running, which keeps the machine productive between services.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and the shipment is trackable from dispatch.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts, with free replacement components and English online support for the life of the machine.
