JS-1100V Heat Sealer
A 304 stainless console with a 20 kg conveyor load and an optional air extraction unit for heavy packs.
View modelBuilt for the line, not the bench. The CBS-1100H uses a high-power heater and continuous drive to seal, make bags and print plastic film without stopping, with an unlimited seal length and automatic overheat protection. When a sealer has to keep pace with filling equipment for a full shift, this is the class of machine that does it.
Sealing, bag making and printing are usually three stations. The CBS-1100H folds them onto one continuous platform, so a film web can be made into bags, closed and coded without being transferred between machines.
A high-power heater brings the seal zone up to temperature quickly and holds it under continuous load.
The same belt path can form bags from film tube, so short runs of a bespoke size do not need new tooling.
Date, batch and lot data can be printed during the same pass, so no pack leaves uncoded.
Because the heater and the drive are sized for continuous duty, the four stages repeat back to back instead of in separate cycles.
The film or filled bag is placed on the delivery table and guided into the moving sealing belts.
The high-power heating block fuses the film under steady temperature, with the seal length unlimited.
The sealed section leaves the heating zone and cools, so the pattern holds its shape.
Date, batch or lot data is printed during the same continuous pass, so the pack leaves finished.
The datasheet describes this model by function, duty and safety limits rather than by numeric ratings, so the table below lists the parameters as supplied.
| Parameter | CBS-1100H |
|---|---|
| Type | Multi-function horizontal continuous sealing machine |
| Duty | Continuous operation |
| Functions | Sealing, bag making and printing |
| Seal Length | Unlimited |
| Power Line | Single-phase three-wire |
| Fuse | 5 A, must not be uprated |
| Overheat Protection | Continuous buzzer and yellow fault indicator |
| Suitable Materials | Plastic film bags for food, pharmaceutical, daily goods, local produce, chemical, electrical component and garment packing |
| Not Suitable For | Metal containers, metal caps and metal tabletops |
| Installation | Dry floor, aviation plug inserted and screw locked before power-on |
Voltage, plug type and the printing unit are confirmed against your film and line layout before production.
A high-power machine is not always needed. Use this matrix to judge whether the CBS-1100H is the right class for your film and your daily run time.
| Film / Pack | Seal Demand | Shift Pattern | Recommended Class |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thin PE pouches | Low, short dwell | Intermittent | Bench continuous sealer |
| Standard retail bags | Medium | One to two shifts | Bench or floor continuous sealer |
| Wide seal on coated film | High | Continuous | CBS-1100H |
| Composite or heavy bags | High | Continuous line | CBS-1100H |
| Bag making from film tube | High, repeated | Continuous line | CBS-1100H |

High-power sealing means high voltage and a hot head. The operating rules below are the difference between years of service and an early failure.
Extra heater capacity holds the set point when film draws heat faster than a light machine can replace it.
Continuous output lets the sealer follow upstream filling or forming equipment without buffer stock.
Automatic overheat protection with a buzzer and lamp guards the heater and electronics during long runs.
Seals the plastics used in food, pharma, daily goods, local produce, chemical, electrical and garment packing.
A continuous high-power sealer suits any plant where film packing is part of a flow, not a batch.

Film packs of food, local produce and household items sealed at line speed with a printed code.
Small components and dry products in film packs that need a consistent seal at steady output.
Hardware, electrical components, textiles and craft goods packed in film for storage and transport.
Heavy double-layer packing resists impact, pressure and moisture, and ships by express, air or sea.
T/T bank transfer and other agreed methods, with terms confirmed on the proforma invoice.
A 2-year warranty covers parts and labour, with fast supply of fuses, heaters and cloth.
Video guidance sets the temperature, belt speed and print position for your film before first production.
The heater and drive are sized for continuous duty rather than short cycles. That lets the machine seal, make bags and print without cooling pauses, which matters when film needs a higher heat input, when the seal is wide, or when the line runs for hours at a steady rate.
Yes. The platform is designed for continuous operation with an unlimited seal length, so the film can pass without stopping. It is the format normally chosen for a production line where the sealer has to keep pace with upstream filling or forming equipment.
If the internal temperature rises too far, a buzzer sounds continuously and a yellow fault indicator lights. At that point the operator should switch off the main supply and let the machine cool before restarting. This protects the heater and the electronics during long or heavy runs.
It uses a single-phase three-wire power line and the work area floor must be dry to maintain insulation. The induction aviation plug must be inserted and its screw locked before the supply is switched on, and the 5 A fuse must never be replaced with a higher rating.
Metal containers and metal caps should not be used, and the machine must not stand on a metal tabletop, because the induction field would couple into the metal and damage the equipment. Keep the induction head free of metal objects and check its surface for overheating during use.
It is assembled and tested before dispatch and shipped in heavy double-layer packing that resists impact, pressure and moisture in transit. Standard production is about 5 working days with express transit of roughly 4 to 6 working days. Fuses, heaters and high-temperature cloth are supplied as consumables.
If a lighter duty cycle fits your output, compare these builds.
