GD8-ZK100 Vacuum Packer (P32)
The same output platform in a taller frame, giving extra headroom and an elevated infeed for high lines.
View modelThis machine takes the operator out of the bag. A robot arm lifts one pre-made pouch from the magazine, opens the mouth, the dosing unit fills it, the date is printed and the pouch passes to the vacuum station, where air is drawn out before an impulse seal closes it. The whole cycle runs under PLC control with an HMI, and abnormal conditions such as a missed or unopened pouch are detected before product is dispensed. Output is 2,500 to 3,500 pouches per hour in a compact 3,540 mm frame.
Everything that used to be done by hand around a vacuum sealer is integrated into a single carousel, so the pouch follows the same path on every cycle.
Each station performs one step, and the pouch moves between them on the carousel without being handled by an operator.
The robot arm takes a single pouch from the magazine and transfers it to the carousel.
Suction cups open the pouch mouth; a pouch that fails to open is detected and withheld from filling.
The matched filling structure dispenses the product, whether liquid, paste, powder, granule or block product.
Where a recipe needs brine, sauce or oil, a second station adds the liquid so the ratio stays repeatable.
Production date and batch number are applied automatically inside the machine for traceability.
The pouch enters the vacuum station and air is evacuated to the level stored in the product recipe.
An impulse heat seal closes the mouth immediately after evacuation, holding temperature and pressure constant.
Sealed pouches leave the carousel on the output conveyor, optionally through a check or reject station.
Vacuum level and evacuation dwell are set on the HMI and stored with the product recipe, then confirmed on your own product during the sample trial. Drop trays below the filling and sealing stations collect any product lost during a cycle.
The P29 is the compact configuration of the GD8-ZK100 platform.

Dosing head, pouch magazine size, print unit and discharge conveyor are specified per order. Voltage, compressed air supply and discharge height are confirmed before production.
The machine is designed to keep running well when the pouch or the product is not where it should be.
A pouch that is not picked up or not opened is detected before dosing, so the seal and the product are withheld.
Dosing values, vacuum level and seal parameters are held as a recipe on the interface, so a product change is a selection rather than a reset.
Sealing temperature, pressure and dwell are held constant pack to pack, which is what keeps leak rates low on a long run.
The P29 suits lines that need automatic vacuum packing without a tall or long frame in the room.

Cooked and ready-to-eat products vacuum packed in pre-made pouches for chilled or frozen distribution.
Liquid and paste products metered by a quantitative filling system and vacuum sealed in the same cycle.
Powder and bulk material dosed by multi-head weigher, and block product weighed as it is fed into the pouch.
The machine is assembled and run before it leaves the factory, and support continues afterwards.
The machine is assembled and run before shipping, and crated for sea or road freight.
A spare parts kit is supplied, and gripper, seal and suction components ship by air express when needed.
Installation, operation, recipe change and cleaning are covered by documentation and video.
Online technical support continues for the life of the machine, including help with recipes and changeovers.
In normal running it is unmanned: the robot arm takes the pouch from the magazine, opens it, the dosing unit fills it, and the pouch passes to vacuum, date printing and sealing automatically. An operator is needed to load the bag magazine and the product feed and to check the output.
The PLC monitors the cycle and detects conditions such as an empty pouch or a pouch that has not been picked up. It outputs an alarm and withholds product and the seal, which avoids wasting product and pouches on a bad pack.
The machine accepts different filling structures, so it can run a liquid and paste quantitative filling system, a multi-head weigher for powder and bulk material, or an automatic feeder for block product that is weighed as it is filled. The same platform therefore covers very different products.
Pre-made pouches up to 200 mm long and 105 mm wide. Send us a sample pouch and we will confirm that the magazine and gripper can handle it before the machine is built.
Both are set on the human machine interface and stored with the product recipe. The pouch is evacuated before the impulse heat seal closes the mouth, and the vacuum level and evacuation dwell are confirmed on your product during the sample trial.
A 380V three-phase four-wire supply at 50 Hz drawing 12.5 kW, and compressed air at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa with a flow of about 0.2 cubic metres per minute.
The machine is assembled and tested before dispatch. Installation guidance, operator training material, a spare parts kit and lifetime online technical support are included, with spare parts shipped by air express when needed.
