GD8-ZK100 Vacuum Packer (P29)
The compact 2,080 mm frame version of the same platform, for rooms with limited headroom.
View modelThe P32 is the same GD8-ZK100 platform as the P29, rebuilt in a taller frame. Packing capacity, bag size, power and controls are unchanged: 2,500 to 3,500 pre-made pouches per hour with robotic bag pick-up, automatic opening, dosing, date printing, vacuum and impulse sealing. What changes is the working height — 3,700 mm tall against 2,080 mm — which gives headroom at the vacuum station and an elevated infeed, so the machine can sit at the end of a raised line without an extra lifting conveyor.
Frame height is a layout decision, not a performance one. These three points explain when the taller build is the right choice.
The infeed sits higher, so product arriving from an overhead feeder, weigher or conveyor can drop straight in without an additional lifting station.
Extra height above the vacuum and sealing stations makes service access and tool changes easier on a busy line.
Bag pick-up, opening, dosing, vacuum, date printing and impulse sealing work exactly as on the P29, at the same 2,500 to 3,500 pouches per hour.
Figures are taken directly from the machine datasheet. Utilities must be available at the installation point.

Frame height, infeed height and discharge height are specified with the order. Confirm the available headroom in the room and the height of the upstream equipment before production.
The two configurations share one platform. The table shows exactly where they differ and where they do not.

Only the frame geometry differs: the taller P32 occupies more length and height while keeping the same capacity, bag range and utilities as the P29.
Height is not decoration when the machine has to meet the equipment around it.
Connects to an elevated infeed conveyor without a separate lift, keeping the line footprint smaller.
More room above the vacuum and sealing stations makes routine inspection and component changes quicker.
Capacity, bag range and utilities are identical to the P29, so the choice is purely about layout.
The same stored recipes for dosing, vacuum and sealing transfer directly between the two frames.
Four figures that describe the taller configuration.
The P32 is chosen where the machine has to fit the room and the line rather than the other way round.
The machine is run in the factory, then supported through installation and beyond.
The assembled machine is operated before dispatch, and the crated frame is prepared for sea or road freight.
Gripper, suction and seal components are included and can be replenished by air express.
Major parts are replaced within the warranty period, with support continuing afterwards.
Operation, recipe change, cleaning and routine maintenance are covered in writing and on video.
Both are the GD8-ZK100 platform, so packing capacity, bag size, power, compressed air and control are identical at 2,500 to 3,500 pouches per hour. The difference is the frame: the P32 is 4,700 mm long and 3,700 mm high against 3,540 mm and 2,080 mm on the P29.
Height and an elevated infeed matter when the machine sits at the end of a raised line, when product arrives from an overhead weigher or feeder, or when the vacuum station needs more headroom for service access. The taller frame avoids adding a separate lifting conveyor.
Pre-made pouches up to 200 mm long and 105 mm wide, the same range as the P29. Send a sample pouch and we will confirm the magazine and gripper before the machine is built.
Yes. The platform accepts a liquid and paste filler, a multi-head weigher for powder and bulk, or an automatic feeder for block product, so both frames cover the same product types.
A PLC with a human machine interface runs the whole cycle and monitors the machine. Recipes for dosing, vacuum and sealing are stored on the interface, and abnormal conditions produce an alarm output.
None. Both use impulse heat sealing applied after the vacuum is drawn, and both set vacuum level and evacuation dwell on the interface per product recipe, confirmed during the sample trial.
The machine is assembled and run before dispatch. Installation guidance, operator training material, a spare parts kit, a 12-month warranty on major parts and lifetime online technical support are included.
If the taller frame is not needed, or the product is a brined solid, these machines are the alternatives.
