FRS-400JT Pedal Sealer
A plain impulse pedal sealer with a 0.2–2 second heating cycle for fast batch sealing.
View modelPress the pedal once and the bag is sealed and coded. The PFS-DM range pairs an impulse sealing jaw with a coding die, so the date or batch number is pressed into the seal as the film melts. Four seal bar lengths run from 350 mm to 800 mm, with pulse power from 1500 W to 2100 W, all built with CE certification.
On short runs and awkward packs, a pedal sealer beats a belt machine because the operator controls the rhythm. Adding a coding die to the same jaw means the two jobs that used to need two passes now happen together, with no code stamped crooked on an already-set seal.
The whole working cycle is short enough that the operator's hands never leave the bag.
The operator lays the bag mouth across the jaw with both hands, which is why the work is done by foot rather than by hand.
Pressing the pedal closes the jaw and holds the film flat under the sealing bar and the coding die.
Current flows through the element for a fraction of a second, melting the film while the die presses the code into it.
Releasing the pedal opens the jaw, the seal sets immediately, and the next bag can be positioned.
Bar length sets the longest seal possible in one stroke. Power rises with the bar, because a longer element needs more current to reach temperature evenly.

Coding type, embossing depth and voltage are confirmed against your bag before production. Type characters and sealing elements are supplied as consumables.
The machine does not decide the pace; the operator does. That is a real advantage on mixed batches.
The operator positions the bag with both hands and works the pedal with a foot, which speeds up awkward or heavy packs.
Pulse heating draws current only during the sealing stroke, so the machine is not heating the workshop between bags.
Switching to a different bag size is a matter of loading different coding type, with no belt setting to re-tune.
Pulse timing is adjusted to the film, so thin film does not scorch and thick film still welds through.
CE certification means the machine meets the electrical and safety requirements of regulated markets.
Heating elements, high-temperature cloth and coding type are the only wear items, and all are easy to change.

Guidance on pulse time, coding position and the right bar size for your widest bag.
A plain impulse sealer only closes the jaw. The PFS-DM range adds a coding die on the same jaw, so one pedal stroke melts the film and presses a date or batch code into the seal at the same time. There is no second operation and no second machine.
Four sizes are offered: 350 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm and 800 mm. The bar sets the longest bag that can be sealed in one stroke, so match it to the widest bag you run, not to the average. Power rises with bar length, from 1500 W on the 350 mm model to 2100 W on the 800 mm model.
Pulse heating sends current through the element only during the sealing stroke and holds the jaws closed for a short, controlled time. That keeps the operator safe between strokes, saves energy, and gives a clean seal on thick or heat-sensitive film that would scorch under a permanently hot bar.
It seals the thermoplastic films used for bag sealing and bag making across food, pharmaceutical, chemical, light industrial and electronic component packing. Thicker films simply need a longer pulse time, so one machine covers a wide range of gauges.
The pedal design suits batch work and where the operator controls the pace, which is often faster than a continuous machine on short runs and awkward bag shapes. Because the jaw only heats on demand, there is no idle heat loss between packs.
The range carries CE certification. Each machine is assembled and tested before dispatch and ships in double-layer packing. Standard production is about 5 working days with express transit of roughly 4 to 6 working days. Heating elements, high-temperature cloth and coding type are supplied as consumables.
