Foot-Operated Sealing Machine FRS-400JT
The table-top sibling of this series, for lighter bags where bench space is limited.
View modelA pedal sealer that heats only when you ask it to. The PFS series uses impulse heating, so the bar is cold between bags, and the foot pedal keeps both hands on the film. Four seal lengths cover everything from small pouches to wide bag-making work.
A continuous sealer keeps its bar hot all shift, whether or not a bag is present. An impulse sealer is the opposite: current flows only during the seal cycle, the bar heats for a moment and then cools. The result is less energy, less risk of scorching, and a machine that is safer to leave running.
Pick the bar length that matches the widest bag you run. Everything else on the machine stays the same.
| Model | Seal length | Power | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PFS-350JT | 350 mm | 1200 W | Small and medium pouches |
| PFS-450JT | 450 mm | 1250 W | Standard retail bags |
| PFS-600JT | 600 mm | 1500 W | Large bags and wider film |
| PFS-800JT | 800 mm | 1800 W | Wide film and bag making |
The machine datasheet header lists the largest model as 850JT while the parameter table lists 800JT. The technical table is treated as the source of truth here, and the exact bar length for your order is confirmed in writing before production.
The table below is taken from the machine parameter list for the full PFS range.

The whole seal happens in the time it takes to release the pedal.
The bag mouth is laid flat across the sealing bar with both hands, holding the film smooth.
A foot press closes the bar and starts the impulse timer, so the operator never reaches for a switch.
Current flows for the set time only, melting the film layers together in a single controlled pulse.
The bar cools as the pedal is released, leaving a clean seam and a machine that is safe to touch.
Four reasons this format is still the workhorse of hand-fed sealing.
The impulse cycle is short, so an operator can seal at a steady rhythm without waiting for the bar.
Foot operation keeps both hands on the bag, which improves alignment and reduces fatigue.
Seals filled bags and makes bags from film, so a small shop needs only one machine.
Built to CE requirements, which simplifies selling sealed goods into regulated markets.
Four values that describe the whole series, from the smallest to the largest bar.
The floor-standing pedal sealer is at home anywhere bags are filled and closed in small or mixed batches.
Snacks, dried goods, grains and frozen items sealed in film bags on a packing bench.
Film bags and pouches for medical supplies, where a clean and consistent seal is essential.
Powders, granules and small chemical packs sealed without generating much heat.
Textiles, stationery and household goods bagged for retail and shipping.
Component bags and accessory packs sealed quickly in small batches.
Short-run film converting where the bar both seals and separates the finished bag.
Match the bar to the widest bag you seal. The 350 mm model covers small and medium pouches, while the 450, 600 and 800 mm models step up for larger bags and bag-making work.
An impulse sealer heats only during the seal cycle and then cools immediately. Nothing stays hot between bags, which suits intermittent hand-fed work rather than a continuously moving line.
This is the floor-standing version, with a pedal that leaves both hands free to hold the bag. It stands on the floor and is operated by foot.
Yes. The machine seals and cuts film for bag making as well as closing filled bags, which is why it is common in small film converting shops.
The unit accepts AC110-220V at 50 or 60 Hz, so it works from common single-phase supplies. Power consumption is 1200W on the 350 mm model up to 1800W on the 800 mm model.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and larger orders can ship by air or sea freight.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts, with free replacement components and English online support for the life of the equipment.
Three models that share the pedal concept but change the format or add coding.
