Floor-Standing Foot Sealing Machine PFS-350JT
Impulse foot sealer in four lengths for lighter bags and bag making, with CE marking.
View modelSome bags are simply too heavy to seal by hand. The JS-600L closes bags up to 600 mm long and 50 kg with an air-driven sealing head, so the pressure stays even across the whole seam even when the pack is full of grain, feed or chemical powder.
A manual sealer relies on the operator pressing the jaw closed. On a 50 kg sack that pressure varies from one bag to the next, and the seam shows it. Air power removes that variable: the cylinder applies the same force every cycle, at whatever angle the bag is hanging.
The figures below come directly from the machine datasheet for the standard JS-600L build.

The machine is designed for intermittent sealing of bags under 600 mm long and 50 kg. Special orders can extend the sealing length to 800 mm or 1000 mm, and thicker bags may use a double-heating build; both are agreed before production.
Four actions take a filled bag from open to sealed without the operator fighting the weight.
The operator slides the bag mouth between the open jaws of the sealing head, letting the bag hang naturally.
A tap on the foot switch sends air to the cylinder, so both hands stay on the bag.
The cylinder closes the head with even pressure across the full 600 mm, holding the mouth flat while heat is applied.
The jaw releases, the seam cools under pressure and the bag is ready for stacking or the next station.
Match the bag to the model. The standard unit covers most sacks; the extended builds cover the rest.
| Bag type | Length | Weight | Build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small composite pouch | Up to 300 mm | Up to 10 kg | Standard JS-600L |
| Standard sack | 300-600 mm | 10-50 kg | Standard JS-600L |
| Large feed sack | 600-800 mm | Up to 50 kg | Extended, on request |
| Bulk chemical bag | 800-1000 mm | Up to 50 kg | Extended, on request |
| Thick wall bag | Up to 600 mm | Up to 50 kg | Double-heating build |
The bag height range of 450-750 mm describes the working band of the vertical head. Bags outside that band may change the head angle or require a modified frame.
What the machine will and will not do, at a glance.
Every detail is aimed at one job: closing a full, awkward bag cleanly, every time.
Compressed air supplies the closing force, so the seal pressure repeats exactly on every cycle.
Thin composite films get a lighter press; thick sacks get a firmer one, all from the same head.
Foot switch operation keeps both hands on the bag, reducing strain and improving seal alignment.
A tall, rigid frame holds the head steady, which is what keeps a hanging bag from shifting mid-seal.
The JS-600L is a bag-room workhorse in the sectors where sacks are large, filled and heavy.
Rice, flour, animal feed and seed sacks sealed at the packing station before stacking on pallets.
Bulk ingredient and finished-goods bags where the seal must survive handling and cold storage.
Powder and granule bags closed cleanly to contain dust and keep moisture out of the product.
Heavy composite sacks sealed on a rugged pneumatic head that shrugs off the workshop environment.
Bags of dry mortar, sand and additives sealed for transport without spillage.
A single machine that switches between bag sizes and film grades as the schedule changes.
The sealing head is driven by compressed air, which gives an even pressure across the full seal and keeps the result stable from bag to bag. The sealing pressure is adjustable for different film thicknesses.
The standard model seals bags up to 600 mm long and up to 50 kg in weight. Special orders can extend the sealing length to 800 mm or 1000 mm for larger composite bags.
Yes. The machine can be triggered by a foot switch or by hand, so the operator can hold the filled bag steady with both hands while sealing.
The standard build seals film up to 0.10 mm thick. For thicker packaging bags a double-heating version is used, and the sealing width is 8-10 mm.
Yes. The machine can be paired with a conveyor table and integrated into a filling or packing line, and the sealing head tilts up to 20 degrees to suit the bag angle.
Standard production takes about 5 working days. Air express adds roughly 4-6 working days, and sea freight is arranged for heavier orders. Every shipment is trackable.
The machine carries a 2-year free warranty covering parts, with free replacement components and English online support for the life of the equipment.
If the pneumatic route is not the fit, these machines seal the same bags by different means.
