All-in-One MOPA Laser Marker
The same MOPA source in one self-contained body for bench work and quick deployment.
View modelA MOPA source lets you tune pulse width and frequency, so the same head can produce a deep black anneal on stainless, a bright colour mark, a crisp white on anodized aluminium or a sharp code on a plastic housing. Split from its cabinet, the head goes wherever those parts are made.
A conventional fiber marker fixes its pulse. A MOPA source lets you change pulse duration and frequency, and with them the way energy is delivered to the surface. That control is what turns one machine into a colour marker, a black-anneal marker and a fine-text marker on demand.
Pulse recipes dialled in on the MOPA source. Each finish below comes from the same head, with no inks, films or coatings added.
Coloured oxides, a transparent interference film or both combined produce vivid, lasting colour on stainless steel.
A medium pulse width at high frequency anneals a deep black mark without cutting or damaging the surface.
The oxide layer is peeled precisely to give crisp white marks or solid black marks on phone and notebook housings.
Dark, black or white marks on plastic housings, plus high-detail portrait marking on ID cards with reduced burn edges.
Portrait and logo images are reproduced in controlled grey tones on anodized aluminium, adding a personalised finish to device housings and awards.
The oxide layer inside an electronic housing can be removed cleanly, keeping impedance low and preserving conductivity where an electrical contact is needed.
The split head can be mounted three ways. Pick the column that matches how your parts arrive.
| Aspect | Fixed Bench Head | Robot-Mounted Head | Over-Conveyor Head |
|---|---|---|---|
| Head position | On the standard working table | Carried on the robot flange | Bracketed above the belt |
| Source location | MOPA source stays in the split cabinet, off the working zone | ||
| Positioning | Focused manually or by fixture | Programmed by the robot path | Triggered by a line signal |
| Part handling | Part is placed by hand | Part held and rotated by the arm | Part keeps moving on the belt |
| Best suited to | Mixed batches and short runs | Multi-face and curved parts | High-volume serialisation |
| Changeover effort | Minimal, swap the fixture | Re-teach the path | Adjust the bracket and trigger |
Bracketry, working distance and control handshake are engineered per order. Send drawings or a line layout and we will propose the mounting that fits.

Pulse width and frequency ranges are set by the MOPA source fitted and are confirmed on the order. Focal lens, rotary axis and head mounting are specified per order.
Most MOPA work falls into electronics, stainless steel decoration or plastics.
White and black marks on anodized aluminium housings for phones, notebooks and power banks, plus grayscale artwork and conductive-contact marking.
Colour marking through oxide and interference films, and a deep black anneal for fine, sharp text that leaves the surface intact.
Dark and black marks on white plastic, white marks on black plastic, and high-detail ID card portraits with better contrast and fewer burn edges.
Four figures that describe the platform across its power range.
From parameter setup to remote fault-finding, support is part of the package.
An emergency stop button halts the machine instantly, and a power switch with a clear status indication keeps operation predictable.
Basic training is provided at purchase so your team understands the functions, the parameters and the safety rules.
Air express by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, plus air and sea freight. Trackable from the factory door.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Terms and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Note on warranty terms: the machine header specifies a two-year free warranty, while one FAQ entry in the source datasheet mentions a one-year term. We confirm the applicable warranty in writing before shipment.
The MOPA marker is extremely versatile. It marks metals such as stainless steel and aluminium efficiently, and it also handles plastics, ceramics, glass and many other materials with the right parameter set.
Yes, it is safe when correct training and the supplied safety guidance are followed. Always wear protective laser safety glasses while the machine is running.
The machine carries a free warranty covering the laser and core components, plus comprehensive after-sales support. The exact term is confirmed in writing on your order. Our team stays available to help you get the most from the machine.
The split MOPA marker is designed to be friendly to use, but basic training is recommended. We provide that training at purchase so users understand the machine functions and the safety rules, and can work efficiently from day one.
Yes. The split MOPA marker integrates easily into automated production lines, which makes it practical for companies that want higher throughput while keeping marking standards consistent.
Yes. By adjusting pulse duration and frequency the split MOPA marker produces colour on stainless steel. It suits decorative and customised marking as well as functional codes.
Compare other MOPA and split builds if your line needs a different format or a single enclosure.
