Single-Table Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
One fixed table for mixed, change-over-heavy work, with the smallest footprint in the range.
View modelThe middle of the range is where most sheet shops live. From 3000W to 8000W, this platform cuts steel, stainless, aluminium and brass up to 30 mm, and the exchange bed keeps the laser working while the next sheet is loaded. Four table sizes run from 3000 × 1500 mm to 6000 × 2500 mm.
The point of a medium-power exchange-bed machine is that the laser should not stop while people handle parts. The second pallet absorbs every changeover.
Compared with a single-table system, the exchange bed adds versatility and lifts real output, because loading happens in parallel with cutting rather than between cuts.
Optimised jump cutting cuts dead travel between contours, raising cutting efficiency by 20% to 50% depending on the nesting.
The platform is engineered in a modular way, so it integrates directly with automation such as loaders and part handling systems.
Within the 3000W-8000W band, the right source is decided by the thickness and the daily mix, not by the biggest number on the spec sheet. Use this table to place yourself before choosing a model.
| Daily plate mix | Typical thickness | Suggested power tier | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thin sheet, mixed orders | Up to 6 mm | 3000W | High speed on thin gauge with quick changeovers on the exchange bed. |
| General fabrication | 6–12 mm | 4000–6000W | The widest balance of edge quality, speed and material choice. |
| Medium plate, production | 12–20 mm | 6000–8000W | Good cut quality on thicker sections without leaving the mid range. |
| Heavy plate and 30 mm work | 20–30 mm | 8000W | Top of the band, for the thickest sections this platform is specified to cut. |
This guide reflects cut quality and throughput. Above roughly 30 mm, or where large-format plate is involved, the high-power or large-format platforms are the better match. Confirm thickness with a cutting test.
Same control, same accuracy, same bed system — the difference is the cutting area and the power you pair with it.

Four numbers that decide whether the exchange bed is the right tool for your shop.
Repeat parts land in the same place cycle after cycle, which is what keeps nested batches within tolerance.
Optimised jump cutting removes wasted travel between contours, so the same programme finishes sooner.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime support.
The exchange bed does not change what the source can cut; these are the material limits of the 3000W to 8000W band.
| Material | Power band | Maximum thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 3KW–8KW | ≤30 mm |
| Stainless steel | 3KW–8KW | ≤30 mm |
| Aluminium | 3KW–8KW | ≤25 mm |
| Brass | 3KW–8KW | ≤16 mm |
Brackets, panels and housings nested from flat stock, with consistent edges across the batch.
Sinks, hoods and cookware blanks cut from stainless, where a clean edge reduces downstream finishing.
Stainless, aluminium and brass on the same table, so one machine serves a varied order book.
The operator and the laser work on separate pallets, which is what keeps the cycle continuous.
The programme is nested and the first sheet is positioned on pallet one while the machine is idle.
The head cuts pallet one at 120 m/min rapid traverse with intelligent jump cutting between contours.
While pallet one is still cutting, pallet two is loaded; the beds then exchange and cutting continues without pause.
Finished parts are removed from the idle pallet and the first piece is checked before the batch is released.
Medium-power exchange-bed machines suit factories that cut a steady stream of sheet rather than one-off plate.

Contract shops and OEM suppliers running a mixed order book of panels, brackets and enclosures.
Cooker hoods, sinks and appliance panels cut from stainless and aluminium at production rates.
Factories heading toward automated loading, where the modular platform integrates directly with handling systems.
Terms are settled before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Sea or air freight depending on size and destination, with the bed braced and the pallets secured for transit.
T/T bank transfer and other standard methods; Incoterms and schedule are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

An exchange bed carries two pallets in one machine. While the laser cuts on one pallet, the operator unloads finished parts and loads the next sheet on the other, then the pallets swap automatically. Cutting continues through the changeover instead of stopping for it.
Four table sizes are offered: KR3015 at 3000 x 1500 mm, KR4015 at 4000 x 1500 mm, KR4020 at 4000 x 2000 mm and KR6025 at 6000 x 2500 mm. Every model uses an exchange bed.
Optimised intelligent jump cutting raises cutting efficiency by 20% to 50%, depending on the nesting and the part mix, by shortening idle moves between contours.
At 3KW to 8KW the machine cuts carbon steel up to 30 mm, stainless steel up to 30 mm, aluminium up to 25 mm and brass up to 16 mm, covering the common sheet metals used in fabrication.
Positioning accuracy is plus or minus 0.3 mm per metre and mechanical repeatability is plus or minus 0.02 mm per metre, so nested parts and repeat batches hold the same tolerance across the run.
The machine uses zone-specific exhaust technology with a motion control mechanism that activates suction only in the cutting area. This gives a stronger, more concentrated airflow for dust and particle removal while keeping energy use down.
The platform carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour with lifetime engineering support by email, WhatsApp and remote desktop. Volume terms are agreed per order.
