Medium-Power Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Add a second pallet and step to 3000W-8000W for continuous sheet production.
View modelOne table, one operator, one clear job: cut sheet metal accurately without tying up floor space or capital in a second pallet. From 1000W to 6000W, this platform covers carbon steel, stainless, aluminium and brass with custom gas options, and the laser source is rated for 100,000+ hours of reliable operation.
A fixed table removes the pallet changer, the travel and the extra geometry. What remains is a rigid bed, a light gantry and a straight path to accurate parts, which is often exactly what a growing shop needs first.
The fixed table is the smallest sheet platform in the range, but layout still decides how comfortable the machine is to run. Work through these four checks before you commit to a position.
With no exchange table, there is no second pallet to travel, which keeps the machine envelope tight against a wall or column.
Leave handling room along the loading side so full sheets can be laid and removed without twisting the operator or the stock.
Keep the control side clear for the operator, the chiller and the gas supply, and allow space for service access to the cabinet.
Plan the run for assist gas, power and extraction before the machine lands, so nothing has to be re-routed after commissioning.
Accuracy, speed and service life do not depend on the pallet system — they come from the bed, the beam and the source.
Repeat parts land in the same place, cycle after cycle, which keeps nested batches within tolerance.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Enough Z travel to raise the head clear for thick stock and to accommodate fixture plates when needed.
All four models share the same bed, gantry and control; the choice is the table size that fits your sheet.

Gas configuration, nozzle set and interface language are confirmed before production. Ask us for the parameter library matched to your material and thickness.
Custom gas options are matched to each metal, so one table serves a mixed order book.
| Material | Power band | Maximum thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤25 mm |
| Stainless steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Aluminium | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Brass | 1KW–6KW | ≤16 mm |
Brackets, plates and machined blanks cut from carbon and stainless sheet, with edges that need little finishing.
Utensils, lamp bodies and cabinet panels nested from stainless and aluminium, one table per shift.
Stainless, aluminium and brass on the same table, with gas and parameters saved for each material.
With no pallet changer, the routine is short: load, cut, unload, repeat.
The job is nested and the sheet is positioned on the fixed table against the stops.
Focus, gas and parameters are recalled for the material; the head then cuts the nested parts at speed.
Cut parts are removed from the table while the nest skeleton is cleared, ready for the next sheet.
The first part is checked against the drawing, then the next sheet is loaded and the cycle repeats.
The fixed table wins where change-overs are frequent and floor space is tight.

Short runs and varied parts, where the operator is at the machine and a pallet changer would sit idle.
Decorative panels, frames and fittings cut from sheet in small batches with frequent design changes.
A straightforward step up from hand tools or outsourcing, using the least floor space and the simplest workflow.
Terms are settled before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Sea or air freight depending on size and destination, with the bed braced and the gantry secured for transit.
English manual, parameter library and remote guidance, with on-site commissioning available on request.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Send a sheet sample and we return the cut part with the parameter file we used for your material.
A single table is simpler, occupies less floor space and needs one person to load and unload. It suits job shops with mixed, change-over-heavy work where the operator is at the machine anyway. If the same sheet programme runs for long stretches, an exchange bed keeps the laser cutting through changeovers instead.
Four sizes are offered: KR3015 at 3000 x 1500 mm, KR4015 at 4000 x 1500 mm, KR4020 at 4000 x 2000 mm and KR6025 at 6000 x 2500 mm. All four use the same single fixed table concept.
The fiber laser source is rated for a reliable 100,000+ hours. The platform is designed to run without laser maintenance; routine work is limited to the cutting head, protective window and assist gas supply, which is why day-to-day operation is fast and low on upkeep.
At 1KW to 6KW the machine cuts carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 20 mm and brass up to 16 mm. Custom gas options are matched to each metal for a clean edge.
Yes. Metal versatility is part of the design, with custom gas options for different metals. Nested jobs that mix stainless, aluminium and carbon steel are run with the parameter set saved for each material and thickness.
Because the table is fixed and there is no second pallet to travel, the machine footprint is the smallest of the sheet platforms. Layout still needs access around the table for sheet handling, a chiller position and service clearance at the control end.
The machine carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour with lifetime engineering support by email, WhatsApp and remote desktop. Volume terms are agreed per order.
