2D-3D Pipe Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Dedicated chuck-fed tube cutting up to Ø630 mm and 6100 mm, with bevel and hole work.
View modelMost workshops that cut sheet also cut tube, and buying two machines for that is expensive in both space and staff. This platform puts a flat cutting table and a rotary chuck in one frame, run from a single FSCUT control. Four models cover sheet up to 6000 × 2500 mm and tube from 40 mm to 350 mm, at 2000W to 6000W.
Four table sizes share the same chuck and the same tube length, so the choice comes down to the sheet you handle.

Chuck jaws, gas configuration and interface language are confirmed before production. Ask us for the parameter set matched to your sheet and tube work.
Flat work and rotational work need different kinematics, and this machine keeps both in a single envelope instead of asking you to buy and house two systems.
Sheet is nested and cut as on any sheet platform, using the full table travel up to 6000 × 2500 mm.
The 40-350 mm chuck holds round and square tube up to 6000 mm long and rotates it under the head.
One machine replaces two, cutting the floor area and the number of operators needed for the same output.
Intelligent gantry servo motor drive keeps positioning precise on both the linear and the rotational jobs.
What one machine covers when it has to serve both sheet and tube.
Repeat parts hold position on both the flat table and the chuck, so batches stay consistent.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
The FSCUT system is chosen for its adaptable, easy-to-use functions across both cutting modes.
The same source cuts sheet and tube; parameter sets are saved per material and thickness.
| Material | Power band | Maximum thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤25 mm |
| Stainless steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Aluminium | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Brass | 1KW–6KW | ≤12 mm |
Flat panels and tube frames from the same workshop, cut on the one machine without changing set-up.
Flat plates and tube sections for structures, stands and signage produced together.
Sheet components and tubular fittings cut in the same batch, which suits small and mid-size workshops.
Switching between the two jobs is a matter of set-up, not of moving to another machine.
Decide whether the run is flat sheet or chuck-held tube, and load the stock accordingly.
Sheet is nested against the stops on the flat table, or the tube is gripped in the 40-350 mm chuck.
The FSCUT control runs the gantry servo drive for either mode, cutting to programme.
Finished parts are removed, the next job is set up, and the machine moves to the other mode as needed.
The combination pays off wherever both material forms appear in the same order book.

Panels and tubular frames cut together, so a single workshop covers a whole product without a second machine.
A space-conscious way to add laser cutting for both flat and tubular work in one step.
Plate and tube for railings, balustrades and fit-out work produced in the same production window.
Terms are settled before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Sea or air freight depending on size and destination, with the bed braced, the gantry secured and chuck jaws protected.
English manual, FSCUT parameter library and remote guidance, with on-site commissioning available on request.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Send a sheet and a tube sample, and we return both cut parts with the parameter files we used.
Yes. The machine combines a flat cutting table with a rotary chuck in the same frame, so flat sheets are nested and cut as usual and round or square tube is held in the chuck and rotated under the head. One operator moves between the two jobs on the same machine.
The chuck covers round and square tube from 40 mm to 350 mm, and the machine handles tube up to 6000 mm long. Confirm the wall thickness and profile with us so the chuck jaws and parameters are set correctly.
The platform is equipped with the FSCUT system, chosen for its adaptable and easy-to-use functions. It runs the flat table and the rotary chuck from the same control, so switching between sheet and tube jobs does not mean switching systems.
At 1KW to 6KW the machine cuts carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 20 mm and brass up to 12 mm. Both flat stock and tube in these materials are supported.
Instead of buying and housing two separate machines, one frame carries both functions. That cuts the floor area and the number of operators needed, which is why the configuration is popular with small and mid-size workshops that process both sheet and tube.
Four models are offered: KR3015SP at 3000 x 1500 mm, KR4015SP at 4000 x 1500 mm, KR4020SP at 4000 x 2000 mm and KR6025SP at 6000 x 2500 mm. All four use the same 40-350 mm chuck and 6000 mm tube length.
The machine carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour with lifetime engineering support by email, WhatsApp and remote desktop. Volume terms are agreed per order.
