Tube and Sheet Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Flat sheet and tube on one platform, with a rotary chuck and the FSCUT control system.
View modelRound, square and shaped tube is cut from the chuck, not from a flat table. The machine rotates the tube on three axes while the head works in 2D and 3D, so holes, slots, fish-mouth ends and bevels are produced in a single set-up. Four models cover tube from 10 mm to 630 mm in diameter, up to 6100 mm long, with a single chuck load reaching 1200 kg.
Flat-bed cutting cannot reach the far side of a closed profile without turning the part. A chuck-fed machine solves this by holding the tube and rotating it, so the head only ever works on the surface facing it.
The chuck holds the tube rock-steady while the axes rotate it, and the head reaches the tube at an angle so ends can be bevelled for welding rather than cut square.
The chuck fixes the material firmly so it cannot shift mid-cut, which is what keeps accuracy and consistency on repeated tube batches.
Different chuck types are matched to the task, so round, square and shaped sections are held without dedicated jaws for each job.
Angled ends, mitres and coped joints are cut in the same pass as the holes, so the part goes to welding without a second operation.
The feed system pushes stock smoothly into the cutting zone and holds consistent rotation even through dense cutting sequences.

Chuck type, loading length and tail length are confirmed against your tube drawing and wall thickness before production. Ask for the parameter set matched to your material.
Everything else follows from how big and how heavy a tube you need to turn.
Fast repositioning between holes and profiles keeps the cycle short on high-feature tube parts.
Welded, annealed bed and covered parts, with lifetime engineering support.
Power is matched to wall thickness, from thin furniture tube to heavy structural sections.
The figures below are the maximum section thickness at the top of the power band. Wall thickness, not diameter, is what governs feasibility.
| Material | Power band | Maximum thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤25 mm |
| Stainless steel | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Aluminium | 1KW–6KW | ≤20 mm |
| Brass | 1KW–6KW | ≤12 mm |
Square and rectangular hollow section for frames, racks and machine bases, cut to length with coped ends for welding.
Round and shaped tube for furniture legs, handles and display frames, where clean edges matter more than speed.
Lightweight tube for equipment and display racking, with repeatable hole patterns across long production runs.
The tube is loaded, gripped and then processed without being moved by hand until it is complete.
Tube is fed into the chuck and conveyor system, with loading length set between 6000 mm and 12000 mm.
The chuck closes on the section and the fixed datum is found, so the programme starts from the same point every cycle.
The ABC axes rotate and index the tube while the head cuts holes, slots, mitres and bevelled ends.
The finished part is released; the first piece is checked against the drawing before the batch is released.
The same chuck-fed platform appears wherever a closed or shaped profile has to be cut on more than one face.

Legs, frames and handles cut and coped ready for welding, with hole patterns consistent across a run.
Modular tube frames cut to length and profiled for concealed connections, so stands assemble without on-site work.
Handrails, balustrades and structural tube cut with mitres and coped joints that fit straight into the weld bay.
Lightweight frames and tubular apparatus where clean edges and repeatable geometry carry the design.
Terms are settled before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Full-unit crating by sea or air freight depending on size and destination, with the bed pre-aligned and braced in transit.
English manual, handling database and parameter files, plus remote guidance; on-site commissioning available on request.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Send a length of tube and we return the cut sample with the parameter file we used for your profile.
Across the four models the tube processing range runs from 10 mm to 630 mm. KR16560 covers 10-160 mm, KR23060 covers 10-230 mm, KR35060 covers 20-350 mm and KR650120 covers 40-630 mm. Maximum processing length is 6100 mm on every model.
Single chuck maximum load scales with the model: 120 kg on KR16560, 300 kg on KR23060, 900 kg on KR35060 and 1200 kg on KR650120. Heavier or longer stock is supported by the loading length of 6000-12000 mm and the chuck plus conveyor feed system.
Yes. The machine rotates and positions the tube on the ABC axes while the cutting head works in 2D and 3D, so straight cuts, holes, slots and bevel profiles are produced on round, square and shaped sections without re-clamping. ABC axis maximum speed is 110 r/min.
At 1KW to 6KW the machine cuts carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 20 mm and brass up to 12 mm. Tube, pipe and open profiles in these materials are all supported.
The X axis idles at 50 m/min, acceleration reaches 1.0G and the rotating axes turn at up to 110 r/min. Combined with the chuck and conveyor feed system, that gives stable grip and consistent tube rotation through dense cutting sequences.
The bed is a welded, annealed and vibration-aged structure, so it arrives pre-aligned. It is crated and shipped as a complete unit, and we provide an English manual, parameter library and remote commissioning support, with on-site service available on request.
The 2D-3D pipe fiber laser cutting machine carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour plus lifetime engineering support. Volume terms are agreed per order.
