High-Power Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Thick-plate cutting from 6000W to 30000W on travel up to 12500 x 2500 mm.
View modelWhen the plate is longer than the workshop's other machines can reach, the part has to be cut in one pass or not at all. This platform carries tables up to 14000 × 3200 mm with 12000W to 40000W sources, and separates the cutting zone from the loading area so long stock is handled safely while the laser works.
On large-format work the table length, the plate size and the handling route all have to agree. The machine is built so loading and cutting happen in separate zones, not on top of each other.
Processing capacity runs to 3200 x 14000 mm and the table is fully customisable, so the format is matched to the plate you buy rather than the other way round.
A strategic safety separation sits between the cutting area and the load and unload area, so handling stays clear of the laser.
150 m/min rapid traverse and 2.0G acceleration keep repositioning quick even across a 14 m table.
The machine handles a range of thicknesses and runs automatic cutting operations, so throughput does not fall away on heavy stock.
The same power menu and the same accuracy on both models; the difference is how long and how wide a plate you can place.

Table size, zone layout, nozzle set and interface language are confirmed before production. Tell us the plate format you buy and we will confirm the machine that covers it in one pass.
Format, power, speed and thickness together define what this machine can take on.
Repeatability holds across the full table, so tolerance does not drift toward the far end of a long cut.
Enough head clearance for thick plate and for raising the head when loading oversized stock.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Oversized plate is usually thick plate, and this is where the large-format table earns its place.
| Material | Power band | Maximum thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon steel | 12KW–40KW | ≤110 mm |
| Stainless steel | 12KW–40KW | ≤110 mm |
| Aluminium | 12KW–40KW | ≤70 mm |
| Brass | 12KW–40KW | ≤25 mm |
Long and wide plate cut in one pass, removing the joins and re-datuming that come with cutting in sections.
Heavy structural and shipyard plate where thickness and length arrive on the same drawing.
A cleaner alternative to flame and plasma on long, thick plate, with a tighter edge and less heat effect.
The separated zones change how the plate is handled, but the sequence stays simple.
The plate is loaded in the area separated from the cutting zone, with the head parked clear.
Power, focus and gas are recalled for the material and thickness; the table size is confirmed in the nest.
The head traverses the full table at 150 m/min between contours, with automatic cutting on the thick sections.
Parts are removed on the load side and the first piece is checked before the batch is released.
These industries need a table that covers the whole part, not a part split across several nests.

Deck plate, bulkhead panels and long structural sections cut whole, without splicing shorter nests.
Service centres and heavy fabricators handling long, wide plate as standard stock.
Large machinery and oil-field plate where the part is bigger than a standard sheet.
Terms are settled before production, and support does not depend on shipping the machine back to us.
Sea freight for long tables, with modular sections braced and the gantry locked for transport.
Installation drawings, parameter library and remote guidance, with on-site commissioning and alignment for long tables.
Parts and labour covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Send an oversized plate sample and we return the cut part with the parameter file and edge assessment.
The platform handles up to 3200 x 14000 mm of processing capacity. Two models are offered: KR13025 with 13000 x 2500 mm travel and KR14032 with 14000 x 3200 mm travel. Table size is fully customisable to a specific requirement.
The machine uses a strategic safety separation between the cutting area and the loading and unloading area. Operators work on the load side while the laser cuts on the other, which keeps handling clear of the cutting zone on long stock.
Both models are offered with 12000W, 20000W, 30000W or 40000W sources, from domestic and imported suppliers. Power is matched to the thickness and the throughput you need on oversized plate.
Across the 12KW to 40KW band the machine cuts carbon steel up to 110 mm, stainless steel up to 110 mm, aluminium up to 70 mm and brass up to 25 mm, which covers most oversized heavy plate work.
It is an efficient and environmentally sound alternative to conventional flame or plasma cutting. It handles a range of thicknesses with automatic cutting, produces a cleaner edge and avoids the heavy heat-affected zone typical of thermal processes.
Positioning accuracy is plus or minus 0.3 mm per metre and mechanical repeatability is plus or minus 0.02 mm per metre across the whole table, so tolerance does not drift toward the far end of a long plate.
The large-format machine carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labour with lifetime engineering support by email, WhatsApp and remote desktop. Volume terms are agreed per order.
If standard sheet sizes are enough, these platforms offer the same accuracy in a smaller format.
