S&A 4-in-1 Handheld Welder
An S&A CWFL dual-circuit chiller holds the loop within about half a degree for continuous duty.
View modelThe same four-in-one welding platform, dressed in your identity. An illuminated logo, your nameplate, your housing colour and your interface language turn a machine into a branded asset your customers recognise. Underneath, it is the identical 1080 nm welding, cleaning, cutting and seam-finishing system, from 1500W to 3000W.
Machine tools that reach your customers with your logo do more selling than any brochure. This build keeps the proven four-in-one welding platform untouched and changes only what customers see: the cabinet front, the nameplate and the software they meet at start-up.
Everything below is agreed on a proof before the build starts, so the delivered machine matches what you signed off.
A backlit emblem cut to your outline, mounted on the cabinet front so it stays visible in a dim workshop.
Model code, company name and contact details are printed to your layout and fixed to the cabinet.
The panel colour is selected to match your brand palette instead of the standard finish.
Four built-in languages plus one optional language, with a start-up screen carrying your identity.

The changes are cosmetic and software-level, so none of the welding behaviour is affected.
Machines arrive carrying your identity, ready to install under your name without a re-badging step in your workshop.
Operators work in their own language on the touchscreen, which shortens training and reduces setting errors.
Drawer-type focus and protective lenses with an integrated QBH collimator keep field maintenance quick and aligned.
The branding does not move the numbers. Every figure below comes from the machine datasheet.

Logo, nameplate and language options are specified per order; confirm artwork before production. Ask us for a datasheet matched to your material and thickness.
The numbers that define the platform behind the branding.
A custom build follows four checkpoints so the delivered machine matches the approved proof.
Confirm power, wire feed, fiber length and the customisation package for your market.
We return a proof of the logo, nameplate, colour and interface for your sign-off.
The unit is assembled, branded and weld-tested on your material before packing.
Foam-cushioned packing in reinforced cartons, then express, air or sea freight.
Custom builds suit sellers who put their own name on the machine.
Sell and support under your own brand, with a machine that already carries your logo out of the crate.
Keep every site visually consistent, from the cabinet front to the start-up screen operators see each morning.
Operators learn on machines in their own language, which shortens onboarding on new equipment.
Terms are agreed before production, and support continues for the life of the machine.
Air express by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, plus air and sea freight. Trackable from the factory door.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Terms and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Parts covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
A digital proof of logo, nameplate and interface is approved before the build begins.
The illuminated logo on the cabinet front, the nameplate, the housing colour and the interface language can all carry your identity. Artwork is confirmed on a proof before production so there are no surprises on arrival.
The control system ships with four built-in languages and one further language can be added on request. Switching language is done from the touchscreen, so operators can work in their own language without reflashing the controller.
No. Branding changes the cabinet front, nameplate and software start-up screen only. The laser source, optics, cooling loop and wire feeder are identical to the standard four-in-one platform, so the weld recipe stays the same.
The focus lens and protective lens sit in a drawer-type mount, and the collimating lens is integrated with the QBH connector. Lenses can be swapped in the field without disturbing alignment, which keeps maintenance fast and repeatable.
A fault indicator and safety detection system monitor temperature, gas pressure and laser status in real time. If any reading drifts outside the set window the machine flags it, which protects both the operator and the optics.
Single units can be customised, and the amount of tooling needed falls as order quantity rises. Volume terms are agreed per order against quantity and destination port, so send your target volume for a tailored plan.
Standard production is about five working days once artwork is approved, with express transit adding roughly four to six working days. The machine carries a 2-year warranty with free replacement parts and lifetime engineering support.
If branding is not the priority, these platforms share the same four-in-one engineering.
