Split-Type 4-in-1 Laser Welder
Source and chiller in separate cabinets for cooler continuous duty and easier service.
View modelGetting into laser welding should not mean giving up the tools that make it useful. This is the value end of the range: the full four-in-one platform — welding, cleaning, cutting and seam finishing — on a water-cooled cabinet from 1500W to 3000W, with the extras trimmed rather than the capability.
Value engineering works only when it protects the parts that decide weld quality. Here the source, optics, wobble head and cooling loop stay the same; the saving comes from the options around them.
One platform, three power levels. Every figure below is transcribed from the machine datasheet.

| Wire Feeder Dimensions | 570 × 250 × 400 mm | ||
| Machine Weight | 109.2 kg | ||
The datasheet lists the welding gun at 0.75 kg for the KR-LW1500E and KR-LW2000E but repeats the 109.2 kg figure for the KR-LW3000E, which matches the machine weight rather than a gun. Treat the 0.75 kg figure as the gun weight and confirm the top model on your order. Cutting thickness, wire configuration and gun weight are confirmed before production.
The four figures that decide whether the economy build covers your work.
The three builds share one platform but differ in power envelope, supply and the work they comfortably cover.
| Consideration | 1500W Build | 2000W Build | 3000W Build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Power adjustment range | 0–1500W | 0–2000W | 0–3000W |
| Supply voltage | 220V single phase | 220V single phase | 380V three phase |
| Cabinet footprint | 860 × 410 × 700 mm | 860 × 410 × 700 mm | 1140 × 530 × 1040 mm |
| Sheet cutting head | Thin sheet, about 2 to 3 mm | Thin sheet, about 2 to 3 mm | Thin sheet, about 2 to 3 mm |
| Best for | Thin-to-medium sheet and repair benches | General fabrication and mixed joints | Heavier sections and higher output |
| Wire feed | Single or dual wire feeding across all three builds | ||
Best-for guidance is a starting point only; confirm the level against your part thickness and duty cycle. Voltage and cutting thickness are fixed by the build and are confirmed before production.
Three reasons the entry build still performs like a production tool.
Four operations on one platform means one capital step instead of four, which shortens the route to return.
Nineteen built-in languages and a simple touchscreen cut training time on a mixed-language shop floor.
The closed cooling loop lets the machine keep running through a shift without the output dropping away.
The economy platform suits workshops that weld, clean and finish in the same place.
Panels, brackets and repair work on stainless, aluminium and galvanised steel.
Thin-walled parts and low-distortion seams where heat input must stay controlled.
Frames and tubes welded at the higher power levels with dual wire feeding.
Mixed production and maintenance work across stainless, copper and coated steel.
The economy platform keeps the workflow as short as the tool change.
Clamp the parts within a 0.5 mm gap and pick the tool for the job in hand.
Strip contamination with the cleaning head, then run the seam with the wobble head.
Use the cutting head to trim, slot or free thin sheet in the same setup.
Dress the weld with the seam-cleaning head and inspect against the sample.
Terms are agreed before production, and the same support applies across the range.
Air express by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, plus air and sea freight. Trackable from the factory door.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Terms and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Parts covered, with free replacement components and lifetime engineering support.
Double-layer packing with a thick outer carton and foam cushions that stop movement in transit.
It keeps the full four-in-one tool set and the water-cooled platform but trims the extras that add cost without changing weld quality. You still get welding, cleaning, cutting and seam finishing from one 1080 nm source.
The control system ships with nineteen built-in languages and six further languages can be added. Language is switched from the touchscreen, so operators on the same machine can work in their own language.
The cutting head on this build is rated for thin metal sheet in the region of 2 to 3 mm. It is intended for trimming, slotting and freeing parts, not for replacing a dedicated high-power cutting table.
Single wire covers standard butt and lap joints and most repair work. Dual wire feeds two wires at once to raise deposition on thick sections or to build a fillet faster, so it suits heavier fabrication.
The machine is specified to weld a joint gap of 0.5 mm or less. Keeping the fit-up within that limit gives the cleanest bead and the least rework, because the wobble head can then bridge the joint in one pass.
Stainless steel, aluminium, carbon steel, copper and galvanised metal are all supported. These materials cover the majority of fabrication and repair work in automotive, aerospace and heavy metalworking.
Standard production is about five working days, with express transit adding roughly four to six working days. The machine carries a 2-year warranty with free replacement parts and English online support for the life of the unit. Volume terms are agreed per order.
If value is not the only priority, these builds add cooling, scan modes or branding.
