S&A 4-in-1 Handheld Welder
An S&A CWFL dual-circuit chiller holds the loop within about half a degree.
View modelNot every seam wants the same wobble. This build gives the operator three scan modes — circular, rectangular and linear — so fillets, wide joints and fast straight runs each get the pattern that suits them. An integrated Hanli chiller and smart optical-path protection keep the four-in-one platform welding, cleaning, cutting and finishing seam after seam, 1500W to 3000W.
The wobble head is the most misunderstood part of a laser welder. It does not simply widen the spot; the shape it traces changes how heat spreads, how the pool behaves and how much fit-up tolerance the joint can absorb. Three modes give the operator that control.
What the Hanli build offers on paper before you put it to work.
The wobble path is chosen by joint type, not by habit. Here is how the three patterns differ.
Spreads heat evenly in every direction. Best for fillets and corners where the weld must wet both faces of the joint equally.
Covers a wide band across the joint. Improves gap bridging on butt and lap welds and builds a broad, flat bead.
Runs a fast, narrow pass along a straight seam. The highest travel speed, ideal on thin sheet where heat must stay low.
| Scan Mode | Best Joint | Gap Bridging | Travel Speed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Circular | Fillet, corner, T-joint | Good in all directions | Medium |
| Rectangular | Butt, lap, wide joint | Best across the joint | Medium |
| Linear | Straight thin-sheet seam | Lower, needs tight fit | Highest |

Four steps take the operator from a cold machine to a dressed, inspected seam.
Select circular, rectangular or linear according to the joint type and the fit-up you have.
Run the cleaning head along the seam to remove rust, oil and coating before welding.
Set power, frequency and wire feed, then run the joint in a single controlled pass.
Finish with the seam-cleaning head and compare bead width and penetration to the sample.
Three features that keep the machine accurate and cheap to run.
Temperature, gas pressure and laser status are monitored continuously, so a drifting parameter is flagged early.
Higher-grade optical elements lift the damage threshold, which improves weld quality and lengthens lens life.
Focus and protective lenses slide out for cleaning or replacement, so routine service takes minutes.
Mixed-joint workshops get the most from three scan modes.
Mixed fillet and butt joints on brackets, panels and exhaust work.
Sinks, tanks and railings where the seam must finish bright without pickling.
Cabinet corners in fillet mode and straight runs in linear mode on the same machine.
Thicker frames welded at 2000W to 3000W with rectangular scan and wire feed.
Terms are agreed before production, and support runs for the life of the machine.
Air express by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS, plus air and sea freight. Trackable from the factory door.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union. Terms and Incoterms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Parts covered, including chiller components, with free replacement parts and lifetime support.
Protective lenses are stocked and shipped quickly, so a soiled window never stops the line for long.
Circular suits fillets and corners because it spreads heat in every direction. Rectangular covers wide butt and lap joints and improves gap bridging. Linear runs a fast narrow pass along a straight seam for higher travel speed on thin sheet.
It watches the working state of the beam path and the machine in real time. If a lens is soiled, a connector overheats or a parameter drifts, the system flags it before the fault reaches the optics, which protects the weld quality.
The focus and protective lenses use a modular drawer-type mount. They slide out for cleaning or replacement without a full realignment, which keeps routine maintenance inside a few minutes.
The Hanli chiller uses dual temperature control to hold the laser source and the optics at their own set points, keeping stability within about 0.5 to 1 degree Celsius for consistent output.
Yes. The chiller uses R410A refrigerant and runs quietly, which suits workshops that are sensitive to noise. Multiple alarm systems guard against overheating, over-current and water flow faults.
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, copper and galvanised sheet are all supported. Aluminium and copper reflect more of the beam, so they are welded at the higher power levels with a different focus and gas setting.
Standard production is about five working days, with express transit adding roughly four to six working days. The machine carries a 2-year warranty with free replacement parts and English online support for the life of the unit. Volume terms are agreed per order.
If the scan-mode set is not the deciding factor, compare these builds.
